Okay I'm updating my review, I'm still not pleased by the way they went about changing our insurance company on us but it turns out the other company they had gotten for us was cheaper and better, I just wished it hadn't gotten so messed up, they need to change how they conduct business, have the customer contact them if they want to switch insurance companies not the contact them if you don't want to switch, like I posted before We were switched over to HUB International Insurance Agency and the reason this review is getting three stars instead of just one is because of the customer service I received when I called and the better insurance we got through the new insurance company . The people I spoke with were helpful when I called to find out what was going on , I found out that HUB will send a letter out to you and if you DON'T RESPOND they will automatically switch you over to the new insurance company, which I think is the wrong way to do this .

This place has been a nightmare for about 6 years now. They were great before that my agent was a saint, then she left. Thats when the nightmare began. I was given a new agent. When I called for help she gave me misinformation and outright lies. I need more insurance; more coverage was her response. I ended up going to competitor's and online to get the right info. I cancelled a trip to Canada because of her. She said I needed all this extra car insurance and higher rates that I couldn't afford. When in fact I needed nothing! No communication skills at all. She is a cancer that has to be stopped. She is probably one of the reasons why Lashua-LaChance & Poliks had to sell out to HUB two months ago. Time for a change!

This place is rude all around, transfers you straight to the insurance company. Whats the point of dealing with a middle man if there just gonna push you off and not care. Called to see if they received the paperwork I left. Lady just say idk if they didn't they would call you and I have no way to reach 5he person there. Horrible service all around if I could give negative stars I would.

Nothing but issues after Bruce has left this company, you call and ask for assistance they tell you call ins company directly, then the insurance company tells you that your agent needs to do the work. So I would probably look elsewhere for insurance!!!!!
