Without a doubt, the best atmosphere to be in. I came in to check out a leak and the pretty lady at the counter was VERY helpful and professional in helping me determine a roof leak. The kind of hospitality that she provides to everyone who walks through the door, is second to none. If someone is actually SERIOUS about working, without a doubt she will make it happen. The only way it seems like you could leave there without a job, is if you just truly don’t want one. 11 out of 10!!

I came in today trying to find a job and everything was fine till I honestly said I couldn't pass a drug test due to THCA being legal in Tennessee I was then told that it was only CBD that's legal and they wouldn't help me any further and she made a very unprofessional comment that I wouldn't even get a job at McDonald's and that's just ridiculous! You need to look up on your laws and local information because being denied help for smoking something that is 100% legal is just not professional there is plenty of jobs that hire you I guess I made the wrong choice going there and being honest.

I've worked for a few temporary agencies around the Chattanooga area and I can honestly say HR Sources is the most professional, honest, and organized company I have worked with. I was sent on an assignment a few years ago and again the other day and each time the process went smoothly. I was assigned to a great company and most if not all of the assignments are temp to hire after the probationary period. I would most definitely recommend anyone to work with HR Sources in Chattanooga, TN.
