Okay let me start by saying I’ve been coming here for years but I haven’t been since 2020. The first RED flag was they don’t open until 5pm but the website has an early bird special that’s Friday - Sunday 11-3pm done at make any sense. Next issue was the fumes of dirty cleaning supplies was wild. It gave me a migraine. Once we waited two hrs for them to open I was already into deep to seeing as how I drove from brookshire for a family day with my kiddos. Once there I quickly was upset because they told us only 2rides worked. So we got the 2hr game card. More then half the games where broken so after 35mins my kids didn’t want to stay anymore. I told them to cash in there point so we could leave and we were told that we had to wait the whole 2hrs before we could cash in our points. I tried to endure the smell and stay but as we kept playing we ran into some gross sticky stuff all over most of the rides. I finally had enough and decided to was time to leave but before leaving for my 45min drive back home I wanted a drink from the vending machine…… it was broke as well. At this point I made it clear to everyone we would never comeback to this place. The employees had bad attitudes and seemed sleepy. The amount of big roaches was bazaar!! There’s no point in this place being open. I’m confused as to how they are still up and running.

The idea that fun plex has of kids having fun is there but the amount you pay is not worth it for what you get. The roller skating is fun but the people that attend their makes it seem like a very low category place.

I took my daughters to this place this past Sunday and it really wasn’t worth it. The outside is super dirty and building can’t possibly be up to code. You can tell it was a nice place when it first opened but the current owners don’t care. In the arcade only a few games worked, the skating ring was the best part. They have rides that you can get on but they were outdated and there were no attendants. The place feels like a big ball of germs, touching anything makes you feel dirty. The bowling alley was nice but not it’s in a corner and is easily missed. I didn’t trust the food because the ordering counter was dirty, machines haven’t been cleaned or whipped down. It was a no for me. The staff want friendly, very nonchalant, poor hygiene/super musty and had attitudes. I will say except for the ticket lady at the front and the young men that ran the skating ring. I drive from Katy thinking to try a new place but that drive wasn’t worth it. Save your money because it is expensive and you can’t comfortably enjoy anything!!

Paid for my sons birthday party, booked in the crystal room. Party area was not ready for a half hour after the time we booked. Several of the fun attractions are not working as well which was a bummer. The manager, not sure his name, was more than helpful in getting us accommodated and expediting our wristbands and game cards.

It looks a bit run down but we had a great time. Communication seems like it could be better, along with some aesthetic touch ups. There’s an obvious abundance of maintenance work that could be implemented to brighten the place up.

Pizza for the party was good, our hostess was pleasant and helpful as well. We had a great time all in all.

This place needs some TLC. Lots of arcade games aren't working. Ferris wheel attendant is very slow and could use some help to expedite the seating. He was working really hard and seem tiered. Not many options to eat. I visited on March 21. This place has seen better days. Card wasn't accumulating points for the ride and arcade combos plane.

Fun little spot to go to when you have free time with the kids. The roller rink was extremely chill and relaxing, as well as the bowling alley. Since it was a weekday, there weren't very many people there, so it was the perfect time to go.

When I first moved to Houston I couldn't believe that such an establishment existed! Indoor amusement park, what! And for a reasonable price considering everything was unlimited. Just like an outdoor park my baby could ride over and over, as much as his little heart was content. Today I came in, now paying more for less. 60+ bucks, just him, and he can only get on anything 10 times. Very disappointing. Likely a new management issue, someone more than ambitious and blatantly money hungry. Imho, unless the real amusement parks are closed or there are weather emergencies/rain, families would do better to just go to a real amusement park. That way, you pay your fee and you can ride and ride and ride until the park closes or until you get tired and go home, but one fee for all. You would spend less at a full blown amusement park, with alot more options for rides. Save your money, this place isn't priced for families. Last time I got on the rides and my baby and we paid less. This time I just paid for him and it was over 66 bucks. 3 hr time slot but these rides literally last 40 seconds. He ran through the 10 ride limit in less than 5 mins and was mad at me because he couldn't ride any more. Bothered me so much to see him so upset.
An hour drive to be allowed to be on rides for less than 5 minutes 🤣. And get this, if I'd paid $100, literally, it won't only allow him 5 more mins . No option whatsoever for unlimited rides. Man eff this place and the owner.

Absurdly huge. Decor over-the-top, but maybe that's a good thing? Kid running the go-karts was excellent. He was very kind to my son, who was doing it for the first time. They really shouldn't be saying they offer "food". It's Popcorn, chips, and L soft drinks only.
