It’s just a parking lot, the bus driver very polite and professional, but there’s no security around, many homeless people asking for money and mixing with passengers, and the driver doesn’t have any kind of assistance, this man have to multitask and it’s not fair for just one person, plus having everything on time and drive to the next point on the city to another spot to do the same and drive all the trip long. He completed everything perfectly but must be very exhausted at the end of the day for a man a bit over 6O y/o

First time taking Vonlane from Houston to Dallas. Other than running about 10mins late & not having a working bathroom (they are going to make a quick stop in an hour for a bathroom). Do not be late and be sure to sign up for text alerts. I was alerted 1 hour before my scheduled departure that the bus was running 10 mins late. The interior is super roomy and nice. TV screen, WiFi, laptop tray, foot rest, cold AC & clean. So much better than an airline's first class seat. The seat reclined to a good sleeping position with foot rest and the attendant passed out padded laptop trays (& the seat also had trays). Soda, coffee, tea, water, & snacks for free and were offered several times during the trip. Spirits, Wine & Beer available for purchase. I was offered a light lunch (also included in fare): Caesar Chicken Salad, Italian Sandwich, or Turkey BLT. The meal was very fresh. The service from the attendant was outstanding. She made sure you were comfortable and wanted for nothing. Wifi was good. I did not watch the satellite TV but others did and it seemed to work great. I did not *see* any luggage restrictions. My 24" roller bag went below the bus and my seat also had overhead storage. My laptop bag fit comfortably by my feet. My return trip from Dallas to Houston was just as pleasant. I will always try to work Vonlane into my travel plans.

One of their mottos is; “this is a private jet on wheels.” They are absolutely correct. The entire experience is very luxurious and amazing. The staff is super friendly, courteous and very professional. The seats are very comfortable with an electrical outlets readily available. The seat fully reclines and offers extreme comfort. To describe this as a bus does not do it justice. This is a bus ride in a whole different category. From the hot towels, to the blankets, to the noise cancellation headphones, to the variety of snacks and drinks including beer and wine there’s nothing that this does not offer. The bathrooms are very clean and room enough to maneuver comfortably. The ride itself is very smooth. For my business travels within the major cities of Texas this is now my go to service. This far surpasses the hassle of the airports. I would highly recommend taking this if you are traveling wherever this service is available. It’s a bit pricey than a traditional bus ticket but I am telling you it is well worth it. Another thing to note is the seats are few which makes the experience even better. They also have a “no talking above a whisper” rule; which is great if you need to focus on your work or take a nap between cities. I highly recommend this service.

Great Experience. The bus driver Robin was very prompt ,professional ,friendly, and I enjoyed a smooth ride. The coach attendant was very professional ,friendly, and fun. I love Vonlane Luxury Bus Service. Thanks again for the wonderful service and experience. I traveled from Dallas to Houston and back to Dallas .

Excellent experience! I took the Dallas-Houston route and was very impressed. The seat was roomy and comfortable and there are numerous amenities included with your fare. The ‘bus attendant’ walked around with snacks, cold towels, little essentials (Tylenol, tissues, hand sanitizer, etc) and depending on the route you get a complementary meal. The bus driver was professional and made for a safe and easy ride. I’d rather spend $100 on this service than a plane ticket that still ends up taking about the same amount of time getting to and from each airport.
