This was such an amazing experience! We had such a wonderful time in the sky, it was so calming and peaceful. Everyone involved with this experience was excellent! Our Captain Kasey was very knowledgeable and definitely made us feel safe and comfortable. I would recommend to everyone to get up there!!

Incredible experience! Everyone was awesome and professional! Sawyer picked us up at our hotel and brought us to location, Mike Johnson was our pilot and provided us with such a breathtaking adventure in the clouds, as well as the smooth take off and landing. Then there’s DeAndre getting the most amazing drone footage possible and giving the option to purchase the footage for your own memories. They also provided a nice little breakfast with our champagne toast (with option to purchase champagne glass) and stories and history of hot air balloon flying. 10/10 highly recommend!

Incredible experience from Pilot Matt, and ground crew Nichole and Preston. Amazing Sunrise ride. Gentle and beautiful. Matt kept the information and views coming with humor and sensitivity. The landing was expert and the desert breakfast was scrumptious. Thank you! 10/10.

My hot air balloon experience was absolutely incredible! The weather was perfect, making for a smooth and breathtaking ride. The only hiccup was that our driver from the airport got lost, causing us to arrive late. Thankfully, the team was accommodating, and we still got to enjoy the full experience.

Once in the air, the views were stunning, and the ride was peaceful. The hot fire blasts were intense at times but didn’t last long, so it wasn’t too overwhelming. After landing, we had a lovely champagne toast, followed by a delicious meal. Since it was my birthday, we even had cake, and everyone sang to me, which made the moment even more special!

Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely do it again. If you're considering a hot air balloon ride, I highly recommend it!

This was my first time doing a hot air balloon ride and it was perfect! My pilot, Jonathan, was amazing! I never got nervous with him. Also, Cassidy was really nice and helpful as well! The entire experience was 100/10 from start to finish. I’d definitely do it again!

This was my second balloon ride, having previously floated over upstate New York , but it was my husband’s first time soaring among the clouds. Overall, we had an incredible experience; however, I found the duration of our flight to be disappointingly brief. For the price we paid, I expected a longer adventure—it was only 40 minutes in the air. Given that the weather was absolutely perfect on that day, it seemed particularly short compared to my prior flight, which lasted a full hour.

Before our flight, the communication from the company was stellar. Initially, I mistakenly booked a package that included both the flight and hotel pickup, but I was able to easily cancel that and rebook just the flight, as I had arranged to drive ourselves to the meeting point with a rental car. Additionally, I had reached out beforehand to inform them of my dietary restrictions, and I was grateful to be offered a different meal option that catered to my needs.

Upon arriving at the launch site, I found myself wishing we could have captured some photographs in front of the magnificent balloon as it was being inflated. Unfortunately, our van was delayed in arriving due to late pickup of other passengers, which cut into our pre-flight excitement.

Once we were on our way, we were in the capable hands of an exceptional pilot and flight crew—Matt, Matt, and Esar. They were attentive, informative, and personable, making the journey enjoyable. Their passion for the experience truly shone through. While I would certainly recommend this adventure to others, I’m left pondering whether I would do it again at this price point.

Fun experience. Didn't get vertigo, motion sick, etc. Basket was stable and doesn't sway. The basket floor had foam so it didn't hurt to stand. Scenery was beautiful and pilots are highly skilled, trustworthy, etc and had fun personalities. Advise not to go during hot months because the balloon doesn't get high enough for a significant temp change and the flames are pretty hot. Really nice time, totally worth the money

I had an amazing flight with Matt H for my birthday! The views were breathtaking. The breakfast was nice and he even brought a cake out for the people that were celebrating their birthdays. Overall great experience, book your flight!
