Great little area to walk and see the river. Good bird watching. Ive been told its not the safest parkinglot so lock your doors. Never had a problem here though.

A lovely surprise we selected last minute when we were in the area on a sunny day. It’s near some large stores, but somehow the trails still feel really secluded and well cared for. The groundskeepers have also left some unique bits of history like an old turbine and some of the foundation walls from the mill - adds some interest to your easy walk with a few distance options to choose from .

I just have to say almost always when a town gets hold of a piece of land by beautifying it they corrupt it. In this case they did an awesome job in magnifying the beauty of the area ! I can't say enough about the natural beauty of this little gemstone ! Take a hike ! I mean that in a good way !

I love sharing nature with my kid. We've walked through the trails and had lunch and spent quality time as opposed to faces in the cell phones. Love the water and bridge
