I cannot recommend Kate and Honeycomb enough!! Kate was a life saver when planning our wedding - we truly could not have done it with her! She brought my vision to life and was able to help me stay organized through the whole process. She made sure all my vendors knew what they needed to do and where they needed to be leading up to the big day and especially on the day of our wedding. It was the most perfect day and everything went off without a hitch because of Kate and her attention to details!

I cannot recommend working with Honeycomb enough! I felt so taken care of having Kate as our wedding planner and there is no one else I would have trusted. We've received so many compliments on all of the little details and Kate brought all of the ideas and planning to life. Kate has a special way of being in control of any situation, all while being thoughtful and kind in her execution — a rarity in a high stress profession.

As an event planner myself, I wasn't sure I'd be able to turn off my "event planner" brain and enjoy the weekend as a bride. However, knowing Kate had even the smallest details covered, I was absolutely able to be present and enjoy every moment.

Look no further for your wedding coordinator!! Kate and her team went above and beyond for us the entire weekend. Kate ensured all details were in place leading up to our wedding and made sure we were entering wedding weekend stress free. She kept me sane during what can be a very overwhelming process, my husband and I said every single day leading up to the wedding "thank GOD for Kate"! Kates attention to detail is unmatched and her calm demeanor is what every bride needs on their wedding day. Our wedding day would have had many hiccups and moments of stress if it wasn't for Kate and her team. We were able to soak up every second of our weddings and not worry about a single logistic all because of Honeycomb!

My wedding was absolutely beautiful due to the fact that I had Honeycomb planning with me every step of the way. At a venue that was designed as a blank slate, we rented every item from the tables, to glassware, to cocktail bar, etc., Kate was present for every decision with helpful advice and excited encouragement for my visions as well. She assisted in arranging transportation, creating timelines, corresponding with all my vendors, and providing support for day of coordination. Kate’s excellent taste, eye for design, and ever-calming presence were greatly appreciated throughout my wedding planning journey. I could not recommend Honeycomb planning highly enough.

When Covid hit, Kate helped us pivot from our originally planned out-of-state event (which she had also meticulously planned), to the micro wedding of our dreams. Being a “COVID bride” added a whole new layer of complexity to wedding planning that I was not ready to deal with. I had already planned most of the wedding itself, but decided I needed help adding in a whole new set of logistics and figuring out the other wedding weekend events outside of the actual wedding in an ever changing backdrop. I am very Type A and typically have trouble delegating, but I very quickly learned working with Kate that if I delegated to her she would 1000% see it through and it would turn out way better than I could have done it myself. From sourcing on site testing, a brunch venue given limited in person restaurant dining for large groups, stationary, and website language explaining various COVID policies at different venues - she did it all and made it seamless! I could not have done it without her! I just wish I could have gone back to the beginning and had her plan the whole thing 🙂
