First off I have to say Darlene was amazing she was the kitchen manager of the breakfast buffet and was so attentive. Her customer service was remarkable !! To be honest this hotel had the best breakfast buffet we had ever had!! The room was spacious and had everything we needed throughout the weekend. The pools were good one was heated and one wasn't and the hot tub was amazing with this cool weather. This hotel is also pet friendly so our fur baby also had a great time. Thanks to the amazing staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

I was in town for a class and have stayed here several years ago. I was happy to see that the hotel is still a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very friendly and kind. The room is still very nice. Clean soft towels and linen. The bead and pillows are soft and you will fall asleep quickly. Breakfast is really great. Scrambled eggs are light and fluffy. The oatmeal is filling and the coffee tastes great. Again the staff sets this location above the rest. Enjoy. 😊

I had a flood in my house and I stayed at this Homewood suites in Port Richey FL. I never thought I would be there for a little over 4 months. I was treated like family. All yes I said All the staff was wonderful. The managers Stephen and The others helped me with my insurance needs. Monique at the front desk along with all the others greeted me with a smile every day. Which helped me to get through my journey during the storms. I could go on and on. Darlene at the breakfast station made the best muffins and always made sure I got what I wanted. Ok well you will not be disappointed staying there. Did I mention the heated pool and hot tub.

We booked a room at this hotel because we read great reviews online. However, our experience there was anything but great. For starters, we arrived after dark, and the area didn’t feel safe to me. The parking lot very narrow and is poorly lit. They required double the amount of most hotels’ incidental hold. When we got into our room, the smell was terrible. It smelled overwhelmingly like dirty wet dog! We were told that we could not move because the rooms were full, and we were told we could cancel but it was too late to receive any money back. Besides the awful smell, the room itself was in disrepair. There were stains all over the furniture and the walls, and the carpet was ripped at the bathroom door, which was cracked and filled with some sort of incompatible material. The curtains on both windows were terrible and did not close properly. This was especially bad because we were on the first floor. When we finally got the curtains closed, the length of the curtains blocked the heat from warming the room. I had to fold the curtain bottoms up and shove them in the window so the air could warm the room. For double the deposit, you would think the room would be really clean and comfortable, but the room we were put in was a nightmare. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere!!! This place was the worst place we have ever stayed. Worst EVER. Run!!!

This was not a pleasant encounter. I would have expected better service as a Diamond Hilton member than what I got. First, the building's exterior and its position are not visually appealing. The front desk staff is smoking cigarettes at the tree-lined entrance, which is not an inviting place where people are just hanging around. Walking through the smoke makes it immediately clear that the facilities require basic maintenance. (Drab lighting, a broken hallway wall, paint, and unclean conditions) I swiftly left the room after entering it, noting the smell and the filth, and I informed the front desk of the carpet stains and my displeasure.
The staff gave me a different room, but please take note that my family and I intended to spend five nights here. It was more of an overnight stopover to persuade than a holiday destination. I told the desk that I had no intention of staying, and because they were unable to get their management to attend the discussion, I departed and proceeded to another facility in a different location.
After making multiple calls and failing to get a manager to speak, I got in touch with Hilton, who escalated the matter five days later. The site manager has yet to respond. As they charged me, they stated that the property management would have to cooperate with the refund of money.
I eventually got a chance to talk to the manager after reaching out to them more than two weeks later. We decided to disagree with my findings after a brief debate because they believe everything meets hotel standards. I obviously don't agree. In any event, even though we were only in the room for 30 seconds, the manager is still billing me for a single night. I completely disagree and think my money should be returned, but good luck. So, if you decide to stay here, good luck. Definitely not a place for rest and a family holiday, but perhaps if you are passing through for a night and need a hotel.

When I walked into this hotel, I thought it looked nice. I have stayed in various Homewood Suites and really like the room layout. We travel on business and spend a lot of time in hotels. If you have a dog and like to leave your dog all day while you go to work, this is the hotel for you! The whole place is like a dog kennel. It smells like dogs and dogs bark and cry all day long while their owners are at work. While I like dogs, this hotel comes across as a dog kennel in every way. Dogs are everywhere.||The breakfast at some of the Homewood suites is actually very good. However, this one had short falls. Everything is dehydrated, rehydrated, and of the worst possible quality including all cereals and yogurts and "eggs" which are rehydrated and chopped up into large chunks. The breakfast "meats" are surely greatly unhealthy. One morning, the Canadian bacon was floating in a pan FULL of water. All this is the "hotel norm" but this was particularly bad. I decided to try the oatmeal figuring that would be OK, but when I opened the container, there was green powder in the oatmeal. I pointed it out to the lady was serving and she looked and said that the green was "oatmeal seeds" and were no problem at all. OK thats logical! Better to bring your own breakfast. Finally the gym which is nice in some Homewood Suites is not in this property. We may have to come back and stay here again, but I really hope not. If there was audio to this review, you could hear a dog woofing in the background.

Everything was great as usual here. We've been coming up from Cape Coral, Florida every other week since Helene helping my inlaws who were flooded out to rip out and rebuild their house.
The rooms are clean and comfy. The court yard is pretty, tropical looking w/lots of seating. We sat out there a lot. The waterfall and heated pools are nice.
The only thing was a guy lifting weights downstairs kept dropping weights on the floor hard and waking us up 3 nights in a row and just generally annoyed us each evening on this trip. Maybe there's a rule that could be in place about that.
Everything else was great. I would tell anyone it's a nice stay.

Stayed two nights (Fri/Sat) as we visited several attractions in the area. Let's start with the positives. The pool was very enjoyable and relaxing to use during our trip. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was typical for Hilton Hotels and a good way to start our day.

Now for the room issues. Rooms need updating. We arrived late and were given another room other than what was selected the day before via the app. As soon we entered Rm 210 we were hit by a foul odor of cat urine in the living room area. The odor started to dissipate as we ran the ac, but every time we came back to the room after the day out, we could still smell the cat urine smell.

The bedroom was okay, but noticed the sheets and blankets on put on incorrectly which I fixed in the morning. We didn't address the room issues because it was late, exhausted from our drive, full day of the activities and the hotel was full.

The rooms definitely didn't meet the high standards that the Hilton Brand strives for. The rest of the hotel (staff friendliness, pool, breakfast quality) met or exceeded the standard of the Hilton Brand.
