We stayed here for 5 days while work was being done on our house. Check in was quick and Natalie was very friendly and helpful. Our room, a king suite, was great. Very clean, bed was comfortable and kitchen was pretty well stocked. Every Hilton employee that we encountered was very friendly, helpful when needed and made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect for us as it was close to shopping and the highway and easy to get wherever you needed to go

We stayed in the single king bed suite and it was absolutely fabulous! Being able to use my phone as a digital key and seeing the "Welcome Quetari" written on both TVs when I entered was a lovely, personal touch! I felt right at home and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Plenty of amenities for everyone such as free breakfast, access to pool and fitness center as well as a basketball court outside too. It was a little chilly during my stay but I noticed they also have an outdoor BBQ grill and seating area for the warmer days. To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised and will defintely consider returning again for a night or two away.

Had a company party so they put us up for the night since I live out of state. The room was nice with a small kitchenette that came furnished and included a stand up fridge. There was a pull out couch with a tv in the living room and another tv in the bedroom. Bathroom was clean, room was clean, and we got cookies and water at checkin. Hot breakfast was included but we didn't take advantage of it. Although I don't know the cost it was a nice stay and we'd stay again obviously depending on the price but next time I would ask for a room on the side of the building that doesn't face the interstate.

Nice set up for a bedroom suite.
Clean and comfortable.
Reasonably priced. Seemed like a safe area with plenty of parking. Hotel had nice extras for extended stays like exercise rooms, pool, outdoor sitting, grills, bb courts, etc.
One area of improvement would be having a little more supplies for the kitchen. Having a full kitchen/refrigerator there were very little supplies such as no dish soap, limited coffee, no ice trays. A bigger coffee pot was expected with a full kitchen. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.
Staff was very friendly and did provide extra coffee when asked for.

Stay there for a couple nights had three rooms for family members. All of us thought the staff especially to two guys at the front counter were great. we stayed there from January 24 to January 26 and had a good time. Best Homewood suites we’ve ever stayed at

They accept pets, which is great for the pets that travel with family. The only downfall is that even though the hotel has a poop station. There are big piles of dog poop all over the hotel property, including the landscape area by front entry, poop in parking lot , and on side walks. Very hard to walk around and take your pet to a clean area for them to poop unless you go by the road or medical property next to the hotel. So watch where you walk. You will be guaranteed to walk in a big dogs poopmine.

Ok rooms, clean and comfortable. Could use some updating. Nice having a stove top. Could use dish soap in the rooms. Breakfast is too be desired. Definately cater with a Mexican flare.

Hotel was chosen for location as a middle point of a journey. Check in took a very long time because a pre authorised card was not processed before put arrival. We suspect this was the hotels reservation teams fault (as we work in hotel industry) however the lady who checked us in was very polite and helpful it was just an annoyance as it was already late and we were travelling with 3 children. Room was spacious and clean.Breakfast was very basic with no dairy free alternatives for tea/coffee.
