We came for Easter holiday to see family. Barry and Richie were very accommodating and worked diligently to ensure we had a great suite for our extended stay . Top notch service from both of them and it’s very much appreciated. Henri was also very kind and attentive; he always remembers us every stay and goes above and beyond. Housekeeping was very polite and meticulous. Dining staff also very hardworking and pleasant. Great amenities such as pool , fitness center, business center , full breakfast buffet , Wednesday night social & nearby shopping make this property a true gem . Thank you !

Richie in Agoura Hills is great and greeted us with a fantastic attitude. We were checking in late and were dragging a bit. He had a fun 80’s playlist going on that perked us right up and graciously told us to leave our trolley so we wouldn’t have to bring it back down to the lobby. The room was clean and quiet with a kitchen. Trader Joe’s shares a parking lot so that makes everything easy. Also very safe. Unfortunately I drove away the next day forgetting my hanging bag! Needless to say I was freaking out. Called the hotel and in about in hour a new man in charge, Rudy, had it found and all sorted out. I can’t tell you how grateful I was. Housekeeping had already gone home so I knew there wasn’t a huge staff there for him to make this happen in such short order. Both Richie and Rudy were amazing examples of what customer service should look like. It’s difficult to come by these days and super refreshing to encounter. Thanks to you both to making a short stay so nice and a possible loss avoided!!!

This hotel is wonderful! The location can’t be beat; it’s walking distance to many restaurants, Trader Joes(next door) and CVS. The suite rooms are very comfortable with a good bed and two tvs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of storage and a full size refrigerator. The housekeeping service is beyond wonderful. They can’t do enough for the people staying there. “Ask and you shall receive…” almost instantly! The front desk personnel are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel! We’ve been coming here for over 5 years, spending the entire winter. It’s a great “home away from home!”

I travel very frequently, and I truly appreciated the care Rosa displayed in preparing breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious—from the eggs to the oatmeal. I love this hotel and the staff that work here make it a real treat. At the front desk Rudy, Rhonda, Kat, Kelsey and Richie always greet me with great exuberance. It's a true treat when I walk into the front lobby. Breakfast in the mornings is always a treat whther its Faranok or Patty. Patty and her housekeeping staff is always cheerful and great at keeping everything tidy. I have been here for an extended amount of time and the amazing staff of Homewood Suites has truly made it a home away from home.

Patty in the kitchen is fantastic and always accommodating. She is a hard worker and cal ways with a smile! The food is always prepared with the utmost care. I have stayed here for almost 2 years and I see her every day. Her work ethic has not changed. She is an asset to this hotel!!

The Host Ritchey made my stay very good. He was very hospitable and helped me with any request I had. The rooms are nice and spacious. I will come again. The price was cheaper than I expected it to be., especially being a Hilton roo.. you will mot be disappointed. And thats always a plus.
