I was going to stay for 6 months while working. However I left after 5 weeks because the front desk decided to choose this Thanksgiving holiday to harass me with room calls, text messages, and calls to my mobile phone about signing a housekeeping form, of all things, while I was out-of-town on vacation visiting my family. Thanks for trying to ruin my quality time during the only vacation I will have in a six-month period. It was seriously at least five messages within a couple of days until I put the front desk in their place.
On the the flip side, I would like to acknowledge Amanda, from food service, for being awesome.

The hotel was fairly clean and maintained. The staff were friendly. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. ||Our breakfast bar attendant Sarah however was exceptional. Although the breakfast bar is limited in choice - Sarah went out of her way to accommodate my wife’s dietary needs as well as give us a ton of good recommendations for our stay in San Fran.

Do not recommend. Employees were friendly but that is the only positive.

1. The room was eye level with the freeway and there was terrible traffic noise all day and night. Maybe use some better windows if you build a hotel on top of a freeway?

2. Stained and dirty mattress on the sleeper sofa.

3. I hope you don’t like hot showers if you decide to stay here. Shower takes 5+ minutes to get warm. Does not get hot even when turned all the way to the hot side.

This was the Worst Home 2 I've ever stayed at. And I'm a Hilton Diamond Honors Member and Hilton Time Share Owner and the staff who prepared room 129 on 10/8/2024 needs to be replaced. The Bed sheets had a funky Light smell to it. There was Dog poop spots on the floor. Had to spray Lysol and do enough cleaning. But I should've had them give me another room. I will add photos that will show dog poop spots unless they were racist and put human poop on the floor. I really think the house Keeper made the bed without putting a clean sheets just previous person slept in bed and they made the bed as a Lazy person would and didn't do anything with the carpet.

Very clean...rooms are a great size with all amenities...it was a home away from home..would definitely stay again

Our go-to place in Turlock. Always clean. Very kind staff. Good location right off the freeway. They have a pool but not a spa however you can use the spa at their sister location in the same lot.

Really bad costumer service! I was on the phone and they had available rooms I’m a Hilton Member and this is so far the worst service that was offer the attitude and bad communication this location has! Like if is the only hotel in the area!
