The people responsible for this buildings upkeep is behind and irresponsible. As a person with a disability, I have noticed that one elevator has not been properly maintained since 2022 and has been out of service for an entire month since I been here. Management needs to step up...... this has impacted my life i had to carry 800 worth of food upstairs with barely any help. ADA or the FHA MCAD the MOD I am reaching out to any department that will listen, So this does not continue to happen and that if I am caught inside that elevator these people need a hefty lawsuit. I suffer from medical conditions my doctors got me on heart monitors I have 3 kids and my service animal. this is probably the 4th time the elevator stopped working in a monthly period while the one next to it is non functioning. The people responsible are taking shortcuts and not properly maintaining things. I saw one lady using crutches while trying to maintain a 2 year old to go up the stairs that itself to me is a lawsuit since its a reoccurring pattern. Back to my family if we get trapped in the elevator or something was to happen to us while using the stairs. Some people like to take advantage of the less fortunate. I understand the clientele has changed but hospitality is hospitality and some of yall is spiteful (Jenn) nobody told me about the three day shut down to make proper plans for my 3 toddlers and service animal. Management shy away from notifying the people in the building including security and people that work behind that lil desk I Asked and nobody KNEW or acted like they do not know. If the correct order was placed it would have been fixed Friday today is Sunday but hopefully its fixed Monday. This building is housing pregnant woman, people with physical disabilities like myself those stairs have no cameras....

As a person with a physical disability this place has placed me and my family at risk. one elevator has not been properly maintained since 2022 i took pics of the certificate it had posted the other one stops working at least 3 times a month. I hope both elevators are properly serviced soon and that my family and I do not get caught in it because that's a lawsuit. Today is Sunday the elevator stopped working before lunch on Friday around 11 am. i had to carry 800 worth of Walmart delivery (ordered online the day prior) and yes i carried my own groceries without help from the hotel staff ( Jenn) a guy helped me with two trips. Instead of Jenn stepping up to help a struggling single mother of three she was talking about donations GREEDYYY( i guess she needed them to except it smh. yet there I was heart problems and all. Second hand donations from a church that nobody within this shelter will NEVER see Jenn bluntly said it so the people and everyone that was trying to help stopped or slowed down. One lady left (STAFF) once she heard Jens message and i had to carry all the groceries up myself with one guy making 2 trips EVERYONE HERE has ulterior motives and not here to help for the right reasons

The room was well designed and comfortable. I really appreciate having a nice, comfortable place to stay with my two dogs. The dog-friendly aspect of Home2 Suites is great. I also appreciated the high ceilings, nice solar shade and room darkening shade (with choice of both), and the small sofa was comfy.

My stay wasn’t seamless (I was not given the room I selected via the Hilton Honors App (I tried to be at end of a hallway so my dogs would not be in a high traffic area so they would be quieter, and I was given the room right next to the lobby); my digital key wouldn’t work until several hours after check-in; my key card stopped working before I checked out (and before the 12noon checkout time).

But overall a good stay and I would definitely go back.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Noise level was excessive due to other guests with loud radios and just “ no respect” for people around them. Nothing was done about it after complaining . Parking lot was dirty , had trash everywhere , glass dish was in parking lot for three days and another guest ran it over, had to tell front desk about it before it was cleaned up! You could hear people in next room , alarm clock very loud woke up to the next rooms alarm every morn. At 5:30!! The floors creaked and people above you could be heard walking back and forth at all hours! Complained to front desk and I was told there was nothing they could do about it till after 11 PM as there is a no noise policy between 11 PM and seven but I told her this was more than just regular noise. It was excessive noise and I showed her the video of what I was talking about still, nothing was done! These people that were making the noise were in several different rooms and the rooms were paid by the company they worked for therefore, they really didn’t care about anybody else. The rest of us who had to pay money out of our pocket to stay there were shown no respect.

Checking in last night was a breeze. The front desk was so kind, the room was beautiful, it was perfect. This morning was an entirely opposite staff. The GM is a joke, the woman working at the desk this morning, stared at me the entire time I was in the front from the second I got off the elevator. It made me so uncomfortable and it was even worse when I had to come back downstairs after finding out my key card didn’t work. I understand that there are security protocols in place, but she watched me walk out of the elevator. It was very known very obviously known that I was a guest in their hotel. My reservation was under my a different name and instead of being understanding, she responded with rudeness and then tried to reel it back and be kind. It was embarrassing. I would like to give this place zero stars, but that would take away from the actual kind and outstanding staff that this hotel has. Overall, management and reception needs to be revised.

My family and I stayed here for two weeks. We absolutely loved it there, the convenience of the indoor pool was a daily favorite. The hotel room, fitness, and lobby was clean and very comfortable. My only dislike was the wheat pancakes. We are Diamond members and have stayed at quite a few Home2 Suites, it seems like all of the Home2 Suites offers wheat pancakes- which taste disgusting. I contacted corporate about this horrible choice. Melissa worked the front desk and floated everywhere in the lobby just working nonstop. She is the most hardworking and kind person I have ever met in Boston! She absolutely made our stay more pleasant!

I wish I did not have to report on this but this hotel was just a disaster! From the outside it looks like a perfect jewel, from the inside not so much! The common areas were filthy, trash on the floors, in the elevators, week old fruit in the breakfast bowl, crumbs in the silverware drawers, ripped couch cushion in the guest room, old lumpy uncomfortable bed and stains on the carpet. In the gym there were two broken treadmills, no water in the dispenser and no one had even bothered to change the clock from DST in the past 3 weeks! Clearly there is NO attention to detail in this property. it is so far 'off brand' from Hilton that I took the GM, Jennifer Martinez's business card to email her. I emailed her, faxed her, called her left a voice mail and a message at the front desk and got no response whatsoever! Clearly Ms. Martinez does not care about taking care of any issues at her property or acknowledge a guest complaint. I did finally reach out to the corporate office in McLean, VA and they refunded me and apologized and said they would contact Ms. Martinez's leader regarding her performance. I have been Diamond for 20 years and have NEVER not had a response from a GM in the few instances that I have had a problem. I would never return to this property and suggest you skip it too.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable would definitely stay again. Breakfast was a little lacking preferred to eat breakfast outside of the hotel. Overall, I would rate this an eight out of 10 stay. Using the app made it easy for check in and check out. Digital key is a definite plus! Didn’t utilize any of the services.
