The room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was the perfect base for my week in Knoxville on business giving me the flexibility to eat out, get take-out or eat in, making something myself in the well equipped kitchen. The "office" space meant that working from the hotel when needed was a pleasure. The internet was fast and stable and the in-room iron and ironing board meant I could look my best for meetings. My entire stay could not have been better.

This is a very good place to stop for the night during the 2-day drive from Michigan to Florida -- Knoxville is more or less halfway. The location is very easy to find and reach from the I-75 expressway. Gas and restaurants are nearby and easy to reach. The breakfast is hot and decent. The amenities are what you'd expect from standard Hilton properties, and this one lives up to the brand's expectations.

We pulled in to this hotel after a long day of driving because Home 2 is always consistent. Plenty of room and the fridge I needed. They didn't have a room with 2 beds (my problem not theirs) but we booked 1 bed and a pullout. No bueno on the pullout. We've utilized them for years being a family of 5 and I put this one back in the couch and slept on the floor. The room was clean though. Thankfully. The hotel is in a good location. I could have done without the guy at the front desk talking about how there was too many people in the hotel last night and all he wanted to do was "hit his vape". 🫣

Currently staying at this Home2 Suites. In town for Christmas. The room is spacious great for our family. However, upon walking into the bedroom at night we found out that the light switch does not operate any lights. We had to walk over to the bed to turn a bedside lamp on that seems out of place with the cord wrapped around it. Decided to take a shower after a day of travel all to get a towel with what appears to be blood. Glad my husband was close by to bring me another. I was hesitant to even dry off not knowing the cleanliness of the towels or linens in the room. There are numerous lady bugs and even what appears to be a dead bug sticking out from the vents. These rooms could use a deep clean for sure. Check in staff was wonderful!

Average hotel. Not as nice as the one we stayed in on our way down to Florida. The bottom of the tub in our room made the worst creaking noise, it actually woke me up while my husband was showering! Gabby at the front desk was the sweetest, very personable. Breakfast was very good.

We arrived very tired, our dogs were tired from the long drive and preparations for a cross country move.. Mary was the night clerk on duty and really went above and beyond to make sure that we were all comfortable! We were in a accessibility room, and they thought of everything when they did the design of the layout. It was roomy, the controls were all very easy to reach and had multiple functions, as you can see in the pictures of the desk lamp and bedside tables. The overall decor was amazing! The breakfast was delicious! There was a terrific assortment of breakfast items to chose from and all the toppings or trimmings you could want. They have a chef that put together a wonderful and tasty plate with sweet potatoes! The art throughout the rooms and main lobby were amazing. Even the ceiling lights cast beautiful patterns as you walk the hall. Michael was the daytime clerk. He was very helpful as well. I would love to stay there again the next time we travel through!

Worst Home2 we’ve ever stayed at. Checked in at 9:45pm on a Thursday. The walls were paper thin and we were given a room with a connecting door. Our neighbor was watching war movies at the highest volume possible until 2:00am. You could hear every detail of the show as if it was in our room. Not appropriate for the 3 year old we travel with. Front desk said there were no other rooms we could transfer to. They offered to call the room and asked them to turn it down. Additionally, we use the pull out sofa bed for our toddler. Most uncomfortable one we have ever experienced. Then the next morning the shower pressure was extremely low and luke warm temperature. Continental breakfast options were also poorly stocked. This one night stayed was right after a week long stay at a different Home2 and we had a lovely experience. We typically love this brand, but this hotel was sadly the exception.

The stay was fine overall. Front desk lady in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The problem I have occurred later. When I checked in, I informed the front desk clerk that we had our dog with us. He said the pet fee would be $50 or $75 and that our card would show $88 but some money would be returned as there was a hold or something like that at first. I checked my card some days later and saw it had cleared for $88.69. I inquired via phone on 1/18/2025 with someone who claimed to be the manager of Home2Suites Knoxville West about the charge. He cut me off when I was explaining the situation. He said it was my responsibility to look online and know their charges. He said I was being disrespectful and hung up on me. I am not pleased with the customer service at Home2Suites Knoxville West from this interaction. A situation that could have been resolved in a professional manner was unnecessarily escalated.
