Staying at Home2 Suites Fort Smith, AR was a great experience, thanks to Maria! She went above and beyond to make me feel at home while I was working away. She got me the exact room I like, stocked it with my favorite snacks, and always greeted me at the front desk with a big smile when I came back after a long day at work. Little things like that really made a difference and showed how much she cares. Thank you, Maria, for making my stay so much better!

My daughter and me stayed at this facility for two nights. We loved our staying here. The room is spacious and clean. The staff from front desk to our shuttle driver are all very welcoming and friendly. It’s literally next door to the airport but without the noise.

My mother and I stayed here over Christmas, and it was lovely! The room was clean and comfortable, had plenty of space, lots of outlets for chargers, a good sized fridge/freezer, and even had sulfate-free shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower (greatly appreciated!). There was a beautiful view of a field and some trees from our window. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and they had plenty of options. We brought my dog as well, and staff were very sweet to him. They have lots of outdoor space for walking dogs. We loved the Christmas decorations, some of them were even personalized for the employees which gave it a warm and inviting feel! Only thing to note is, while you can get a decent sized induction burner for the room, the skillet provided is very small. If you plan on cooking more than an egg or two bring a stainless steel pan or pot large enough for what you want to do.
Overall it was a great experience!

I noticed the same complaint and concern I have was listed two months ago with a the standard reply from management “we are sorry blah blah blah”

I paid for a room and breakfast in the morning. What I got was a EMPTY breakfast bar and a line up of people that were paying guests and clueless looking staff wondering why people are upset . Either pay your staff or get out of business with Hilton hotels. Some of us travel ALOT!

This was my first time to this Home 2 Suites great service big well stocked room and a good breakfast. The parking lot was worse than I-40 .
