Best room we had in the USA during a 3 week trip !
This summer we did a tour of the East Coast and travelled for 4 weeks in the New England states.
This was the favorite room of my family. As stated here by others this hotel still feels very new, the staff was great. We also enjoyed the free breakfast and parking.
The proximity to the commercial centre was also great, we went to the Target a few times.
The only drawback (and that is not really the hotel's fault) is that there were a lot of 'fishy' characters around the hotel including a few homeless people. You can see that the police is around to reassure the population but still this was not great. The hotel also has a great service with a few extra security guys adding to the staff during the night for security, this was really GOOD and felt more reassuring.

There is no parking. Not exaggerating. Guests, including myself, were parking illegally at other hotels and business. I walked to the next block with the luggage cart. Hallways had a funky odor. Front desk was useless. For the record, I've never written a bad review- I always love Hilton hotels. Do not book here.

Good location and there are many restaurants and shops around this area, making it convenient.
But, the room really can hear so many noises from entering to the room, especially midnight was car beeping and running on the road, which makes us really hard to fall asleep. And since their parking is sharing with the other hotels, we spent some time on finding an entry and parking our car. The parking fee is $25/night, a heads-up.

This hotel doesn’t have proper management! It sucks
The staff is nasty , unprofessional, the front staff are like” I do t care “ attitude
We stayed for 4 nights 2 rooms and our rooms never got cleaned even though we requested many times ! The answer was we don’t have enough housekeepers! Ahh and the price per room is super high ? The laundry machines do not work well, only one washer and 2 dryers where working with extremely loud noises.
The gym was filthy!
And the so called breakfast was discussing…
We DO NOT recommend this place at all …
We ask for management several times and the staff acted like ummmmm ; we where giving a business card for the so called not present manager , called and called , left several messages and absolutely NO reply …
Go somewhere else ! We don’t recommend this place at all

The rooms are really nice and look like your own apartment. The place has complimentary breakfast and coffee and hot cocoa whenever. Also it is located next to a big plaza with many places such as crumbl cookie, Starbucks, and even chipotle. There are many more food options and many stored there as well. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to.

Me and my friends stay in this hotel in December 2024. In the second day of our stay in, the hotel didn’t have hot water anymore so we decide to change the hotel. And the hotel promise us that we can get the fully refund for the days we didn’t stay in the hotel. After that, we left to another hotel nearby. The other day we back to Home 2 hotel to confirm they will processing and they promise us they will. But until now, late February, I kept dealing with the refund stuff, and the situation still not resolved. I also call hilton customer service, they all told me they’re processing. Keep processing for two months? that’s ridiculous. No one knew the problem is and this situation still ongoing. I won’t choose this hotel again. It an annoying experience I had ever have. People who want to stay in this hotel I suggest you need to reconsider.

I would not recommend walking outside alone after dark in this neighborhood.

When we booked we did so because we were assured there was free parking. Fast forward a few months to our trip and it turns out car parking is now 25$/day, we were not advised prior to our arrival. Staff at front desk was not always amiable. Some individuals were quite polite and service oriented, others clearly didn't give a care in the world for guests.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Rooms are poorly insulated against sound, you'll be able to hear ALL your neighbors.

Breakfast is nice but the seating area is small and gets crowded fast.

You can walk to the red line's Andrew station within 12-15 minutes to go downtown.

Away on a Sports Team weekend competition. Nathan in sales was Great. The staff were equally great dealing with our energetic group. The use of the lobby for our Saturday night Team dinner was perfect!! Many thanks to the friendly, helpful staff!!
Looking forward to returning next year!!
