I contracted with Home Instead to provide companionship for a friend suffering from early onset Alzheimer's, beginning in August 2024 until April 2025. The staff worked M-F for a total of 20 hours per week. In addition to companionship and activities, they provided attention to her apartment and personal needs including hygiene. Each and every one of their staff provided an extraordinary level of care and friendship to someone who sorely needed it. I am so impressed by what I observed. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to another.

I can't say enough great things about Home Instead. My parents were reluctant to have someone in their home. Sammy visited my parents several times to answer all their questions. She even came out the first day of services. My parents ended up being thrilled to have someone help with meals and laundry. My mom needed help showering and the folks from Home Instead were gentle and supportive. They had several different people at their home. Every one of them was AWESOME! Outstanding service! Sammy and the staff worked extremely quick in setting up a schedule within a very short time frame for us. They were reliable and communicated with us along the way. I was looking for a caregiver that I could trust to be there for my father while I was at work. For the most part, his main needs were companionship and food preparation. However, during his nap times, etc. our caregiver kept giving to our family by doing housework and caring for our pets. I worked with Sammy and Dana. Sammy was always attentive and prompt to assist with our changing needs. Dana truly felt like a member of our family. She was very caring, compassionate and trustworthy. We were very blessed to have such lovely ladies step in to help us. I would absolutely use Home Instead again and recommend them to others.

When my father declined quickly and we needed help Home Instead was absolutely the right call. They were very caring and worked quickly to get an aide to us the same day for overnight care. The aides were so kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call and there was an option to speak with a real person at all times which was a huge comfort.

We were in an emergency situation where our mother needed 24 hour care and Home Instead were ready and willing to help us out on very short notice. Their people are amazing, empathetic and truly care about the people in their care. Home Instead was a great partner during a crisis. Easy to work with. Transparent with the billing, absolutely no surprises regarding the quoted amount and that which was eventually billed. With any luck, we won’t need their services anytime soon but if we were in a similar situation again, we would undoubtedly turn to Home Instead.
