My visit to the shooting range was outstanding. David at the reception was very professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and explaining the safety protocols clearly. Clive, the range instructor, was excellent at teaching, breaking down techniques in an easy-to-understand way. His patience and detailed guidance significantly improved my shooting skills. Overall, the staff's professionalism and expertise made for an exceptional experience.

Awesome range...the grounds are maintained so well....all the staff, David at reception, Steve in gun shop, Clive at the range, Mark on the buggy, Nick the groundsman and the staff at the bar providing exceptional customer service experience. Brilliant day at the summer shoot. David was very welcoming on arrival. Having not been there before, it felt like I had. Instructors were great fun and would highly recommend. Beautiful venue. Will be sure to go back for the Christmas shoot.

What a fabulous day out! First time clay pigeon shooting and I loved it. The staff are all friendly, warm, and welcoming, which adds to the lovely atmosphere.

The shooting itself is great fun. Having a expert guide explain what to do (and not to do) enhances the experience greatly.

We also had a wonderful lunch. The food had wonderful presentation, clearly a lot of attention to detail and thought had gone in. The Eton Mess was a particular highlight

Considering this venue is located so close to London it feels a million miles away buried in a deep forest!

I attended as part of a corporate day out and was highly impressed. We all had a great time and it was very difficult to leave! Highly recommend.

I almost don't want to write this review because the dining at this venue is one of the area's best kept secrets. But I wanted to acknowledge how brilliant all the staff were at a private lunch we organised.

David on reception will always give you a wonderful welcome, whether you are shooting or dining, Mary was our exceptional host in the Wine Room and Teresa was lovely to deal with throughout the planning.

Whether you are eating in the dining room or in one of their private rooms, you will have a fabulous time. Joshua Hunter's food is delicious and perfectly executed by his team.

I still want to give 5 stars because the whole experience has been nice but I’m still not sure about the 30-minute shooting lesson and only 3 stations to shoot when I pay for two people 1-hour lesson.
The instructor was great but I’m pretty sure we didn’t use all the cartridges we had available.
The food was delicious and all the details were perfect, just a bit disappointed about the duration of the shooting lesson.

My daughter’s engagement party was held at this venue. What a fabulous place from the entrance to the building. Extremely well organised event and restaurant. All the staff were smart and very courteous and happy looking. Bar staff were excellent when under pressure.
All our guests loved the event and everyone commented on the fabulous venue.
Huge thanks to everyone at Holland and Holland and I hope to utilise your venue again in the near future.

Wonderful place! I have lived barely a mile or two away from here for almost a quarter of a century and never knew it was here!

As well as over 60 acres of grounds to shoot in, there is a licensed bar, lounge area, high quality dining and spaces corporate entertaining. In fact, there is even a “cinema” room where you can fire at a huge screen, similar to some state of the art golfing experiences. I am reliably informed that this is the only 'shooting' one of its type in the country.

Whether in that room, or within the extensive grounds, there are shooting courses for children too, so you can fill the holidays with something that boys in particular will probably find sent from heaven! Certainly the groups that I saw here seem to have had quite the time!

During my visit, I also managed to pick the brains of some of the staff here, particularly with respect to gun dogs and you certainly get the feeling that there is as much expertise here as there is pride, enthusiasm and a suitably responsible attitude towards the environment.

The great outdoors indeed. Here since the 1930’s and with a Royal warrant to boot, this is very obviously a world class spot and I am very proud to have it on my doorstep. I thank them for their hospitality and I certainly plan to return for a much more orderly conquest ?
