I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Orange Park, FL, for a business trip, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was very friendly to my relative and I and were easy to talk to. The view from the fifth floor was also very nice. The room was very cozy and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The only downside was a lack of frozen goods variety in the market in the lobby. They could also use some small bottles or cartons of milk to sell. Besides that one grievance, we would happily stay again.

This was a great hotel for our family! We had to travel for soccer and were not familiar with the area. We actually booked somewhere else and were shocked at how awful that hotel was. Luckily we were able to book here with such short notice! The staff were all super nice and helpful! The hotel was clean, rooms were so comfortable too. We took advantage of the onsite restaurant and had great meals!

Team was super friendly! It’s clear service is top of mind for them all. Great job to management for their leadership. It’s clear. Room was super clean!

Cons: heater was super loud and restaurant food was so so for dinner. Fish was overcooked and dry.

I would definitely come again as the service was above and beyond!

Rosa and Jaylynn were instrumental in making my stay a positive experience. The employees spoke to me each time that we passed in the hallway. The bar staff were kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds.

This place is awesome. You will not find a cleaner place than this. Not to mention all of the staff are amazing. They are all very friendly, very knowledgeable, very caring. There staff are always smiling. I highly recommend you stay here. The beds are comfy. The food is as good or better than anywhere else you could go. I’m looking forward to my next visit to the area.

This is a great hotel with great staff and excellent rooms.. much better service than Hotel Indigo in the Town Center area.. the best available room is a very large open area with the bedroom and living room being separated by the dining room. There are tons of storage closet space and a very large bathroom. The pool was great, as well as the hot tub. The food wasn't good but was redeemed by everything else. I will definitely return on my next visit to Jacksonville, Florida.
