The beds were new and so comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. So nice to walk in a room that smells clean. I clean for a living. So I always check the room. Corners of room an bathroom clean. Pool an hour were great. Breakfast was above an beyond. Glass plates real glasses an real silverware. So nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The rooms do show a little wear but they were very clean, comfortable, no major problems. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really nice and well worth the little extra fee. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Thank you management and team!!

Alexandria did a great job at check in. When the reservation was made, there was a mistake with what type of room my wife and I wanted. She took care and set us up correctly. The room was great! Meals were also great. Thanks for the good service.

Excellent service overall. I complained about the location of my room not convenient and immediately, the lady arranged a very conducive and easy to assess room for me. I really enjoyed my stay, and the room service was so good.
Always came back to my hotel room to see it cleaned and tidied up.

I stay here fairly often. I usually have very good service, especially from Sai & Deanna. When I got here this time, Sai had my room ready and checked me in in less than two minutes. They have been accommodating of early check in most of the time, especially if it’s Sai or Deanna.
The hotel definitely needs some updating. The wallpaper is falling down in the staircase, the carpet is very worn and dirty in most of the rooms, along with the furniture being old and worn. They did just update the public breakfast area and it is very nice.

I booked this room thinking a 2 queen suite would suit my family's needs. The layout was nice, but that's where the positive ends. The beds were uncomfortable, the desk staff (day and night) were not pleasant-Hospitality 101 is recommended, and the noise coming from people running and yelling through the hallway led us to a very disappointing stay. We were there to celebrate a graduation and couldn't wait to get out of there. As an IHG reward member for decades, this was the most disappointing experience.

From making our reservations to checking out, friendly helpful staff to answer all questions. Our suite was clean and comfortable...great comfy bed and pillows so we slept well. Loved the 2 room suite since I am an early riser and like my morning routine. Lots of space and very quiet. We had some long stressful days made much easier by our comfortable suite and great staff taking care of everyday needs...thank you much, we appreciate you all!

This location was chosen for a business meeting in Bloomington. It offered comfortable conference meeting spaces and meal options for a 100+ person group and AV. The staff was kind and courteous. The hotel was able to receive advance shipments. The restaurant next door offered great food for dining in the evening. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport which was great for out-of-town travelers. We will plan to have more meetings at this location.
