We booked a room at the last minute. I am a highly experienced traveler and have literally booked hundreds of rooms. I know what a room looks like, how to use pictures on site to determine what room I am booking.

I booked the 2 room suite from the hotel website, not a third party, and paid the rate for it. When we arrived I carefully explained what the room looked like we had booked as the GM on duty was referencing a name that was not on the website. He assured me it was the room I described. I did this because the there were 2 kinds of suites and I knew which was the one we wanted. We open the door and it’s the wrong room. Back to the desk to have this corrected only to have the manager walk away to go to lunch and not take 5 minutes to get us into our room. This hotel did not have a staff member on duty who could help us. Only a maintenance worker who could just sit at tff her e desk. We waited at least 30 minutes. The GM came back looked up the room and told us it was closed for maintenance. When asked about the cost difference for a refund he told me it’s only $10 and maybe they would approve extra points. No refund, no points. The next morning at checkout we told the new GM we were filing a complaint. They told me the room wasn’t under maintenance but had been booked for weeks. Now we’d been lied to. The website was incorrectly showing the wearing room available. No one cared to correct the issue, refer it to corporate to have the site corrected or make sure we were refunded the extra spent. Perhaps it’s because we took advantage of the senior discount. Lying to a customer or failing to correct an error is never acceptable.

The elevator is not working. Put me on the 3rd floor. Other guests down the hall are very noisy. Screaming, TVs full blast, yelling, kids in hall. Not recognized as Platinum Elite member, not given an upgrade regardless of having booked in advance. Not offered choice of welcome amenity. Overall, I wouldn't seek this property out to stay again. The bed was good, though.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and functional. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great. However, we stayed in room 226, which was labeled as a handicap room, yet there were no grab rails in the bathroom. I believe this is a violation of common sense, US and California laws. Neither my wife nor I are handicap, but neither are we spring chickens (85 & 78) and find grab rails both useful and comforting.

The hotel itself was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, being very close to the freeway and a shopping center with a variety of restaurants. However, the cleaning service was terrible. During our three-night, four-day stay, our room was never cleaned, despite multiple requests. Each day, we left early in the morning and returned late at night to find the room exactly as we had left it. This was very frustrating. We complained at the lobby and again at checkout, but the only response we received was an apology and an explanation that they were short-staffed. Additionally, they asked if I was a member of the Holiday Inn Club, which I am not.

Elevator STILL not working! The walls are super thin! We could hear everything in the room next to us, above us and in the hallway. If you don’t need to sleep this would be the place to stay.

The front desk people were super kind, but the hotel is awful! Also, bring your own toilet paper because the TP there is just as thin as the walls! Also the train is right next to the hotel.

I would have stayed longer and returned to this hotel had I been able to check out on an earlier day than reserved without the 24-hr cancellation requirement. As a fire fighter whose assignments can change last minute, I want to stay at hotels that allow me to cancel my remaining days by check-out time on the day I am leaving (not the day before). As it turns out, this hotel lost several days from me because of its 24-hr cancellation policy.
Other than the cancellation policy, my stay was an enjoyable experience.

The hotel is remodeled and looks very clean when we firstly enter the facility. The pool area is also cozy, not to mention the hot tub temperature is great. Lastly, the continental breakfast is also delicious. Our kids love this place. Would definitely revisit again.

Newly remodeled hotel with no working elevator. Obviously, from other reviews this has been the case for at least two weeks. Had to drag all of our stuff to the second floor stairs. When making reservation we requested the first floor. The room (210) had a hole in the wall that was filled but not painted. The placement of the T.V. Was off. From the left side of the bed you have to turn your head to the right to watch T.V. Bathroom floor is sticky when walking on it. Refrigerator is so loud! Hope you have a white noise machine to drown out the refrigerator compressor from humming away like a beehive. Previous occupants food in refrigerator with two half rolls of TP in the bathroom. Had to walk down to the front desk to get TP. Told them about previous occupants food in refrigerator and two half rolls of TP and the guy acted like he did not care. Holiday inn should offer us a full refund! So disappointed.
