Where do I begin?|Stayed for 5 nights, first two night there was absolutely ZERO hot water. The first night I chalked it up to a lot of people taking showers. The second, I was forced to take yet another cold shower. ||The next morning I told the front desk and they offered to have my room changed. So I needed to pack all my stuff including my two kids belongings and move it to another room. And due to our schedule, we were forced to do this at about 1030/11pm.||That night I had hot water, but the following two nights, it was barely warm. Warmer than the first room, but not the temperature it should be. And this was after letting the water run for about 15min hoping it would heat up.||Breakfast |Also, terrible. Pancakes, gross and tough. Cinnamon buns, which I was looking forward to because Holiday Inn Express always had great cinnamon buns, they were disgusting and tough as well. The eggs were gritty and dry. I didnt even bother with the sausage. The bacon was okay.||My kids just ate cereal and bacon. We only ate breakfast at the hotel for one morning because it was so bad.||Comfort|There were utility workers of some sort staying at the hotel and they would slam their doors at all hours of the night. Yelling and screaming. Sounded like they were rearranging the rooms furniture. Complete disregard for other guests.||I reported this to the front desk and they stopped. But continued the next day.||Also the hotel boasts signs of it being "100% smoke free" yet the 3rd floor where we stayed smelled like a casino from the 90s. Hazy and smelled like cigarette smoke. This was reported to the front desk as well, but nothing changed.||Never again. Plenty of other options in the area and this one will never be my selection again.

NICE HOTEL - FRIENDLY STAFF. CLEAN! Worth the money. I would stay again. However, one issue - I don't know if it was poor communication or someone just flat our lying for personal gain, but do not leave anything behind. I left 2 higher-end sweaters and a pair of jeans in the top drawer ($50 in the pocket) - I am 100% positive. Zero doubt. I called back, 5 hours after checkout. The room was cleaned. They double checked the room - NOTHING TO BE FOUND. Either they throw all belonging aways or someone is pocketing the items. They need to tell us the "throw away" policy, other than "nothing was found" because something seems fishy.

The staff who greeted us were wonderful. Remembered my call and offered their sympathy. Helpful. Gorgeous room was big and beautiful. Looked clean, new & inviting. Beds & pillow were so comfy, provided enough blankets for comfort on a cold night. Bathroom amenities were great, more offered if we had needed. Good quality soap, shampoo, body lotion in full size dispensers to cut down on waste. Very clean. A variety of hot beverages available 24/7 in the beautiful lobby. Have traveled around the world for work and leisure. This is one of the nicest, most inviting hotels I've visited.

When we arrived at the hotel there was a plumbing issue, with no hot water. Normally that would have been a real setback, however Noble was at the desk and explained the issue the hotel was having and was very kind and professional. Noble did an excellent job welcoming us to the hotel and listened to my concerns. I really appreciated the service I received upon arrival.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location.

What a disgusting and deplorable place! Do not go here they had an ant infestation that was on my nightstand and my bed. The place was dirty unvacuum... They listed a fitness center and it had an elliptical a bike and a treadmill and a water machine that had crust all over it. The pool was out of order so that amenity was unavailable and the only good thing was the hot breakfast which was like a 2.5 out of a 10, it's a total pass for the price I just wouldn't do it. Almost $400 for 3 nights.... My food was also infested with ants I asked them to replace my food and they gave me two bagels and three pieces of bread with some butter I asked if they had lunch meat for a sandwich and they said no. Oh PS there were ants in my clothes when I got home too....smh please do not spend your money here

We stay here every time we visit family in this part of MA. The rooms are clean and in good order. Nothing fancy, and that’s the way we want it. Solid rooms, good price. Decent breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay, the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wonderful variety of food to cater to all diets. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, which was great for relaxing. Staff were hospitable

My room was quiet clean perfect for my needs. Plenty of room to spread out and get my work done. Also, I could charge my phone and computer pretty much anywhere in the room. The breakfast was very good. Hot food items along with pastries, fruit, coffee and more. A very pleasant surprise.
