Hotel is very nice and we will be staying there again. But the best thing about the hotel is the service. From the cleaning, to the breakfast help, to the front desk all very friendly and efficient. A special thank you to Shauna at the front desk who is incredible. She is supper helpful and seems to be able and willing to help with any problem. If only they could clone her for all the other hotels we stay at in our travels. Thank you Shauna!

Problems: There is no hot food. No eggs or meats. The oven is broken and has been broken for awhile, I was told. They are waiting for a part. They don't scramble eggs in a skillet. There's no stove.||The elevator goes up to the 3rd floor but doesn't go down. So be prepared to take the stairs. ||The good: The room is nice. Plenty of outlets. Comfy bed. Clean. The lights are on a motion sensor so no getting out of bed to turn them off. Nice lounge chair with a reading light.||If they get the elevator and oven fixed, this would be a nice place.

It was a bit expensive. I paid 244 a night. The breakfast was great. They have a pancake machine. The view from the top floor was cool, especially in the morning and at night. The pool was outdoors. The staff was friendly. It was very clean and very well-maintained and new. According to the staff, it’s only been there three years. Right across the street from the hospital and there’s a grocery store across the parking lot.

The front staff is excellent but other customers leave trash everywhere and the cleaning staff isn't good. One day they may only clean the bathroom and nothing else or the next day simply remake your bed and do nothing else. The snack shop has a decent selection but isn't usually fully stocked.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice, decent workout area with water refill station. Didn't get to try the hot breakfast since it was unavailable while I was there. Overall nice hotel.

Very comfortable room but the windows don't open. Great breakfast. They scanned a document in the middle of the night for me. I was offended that they played Fox News of all the TVs in the breakfast area and the lounge area nonstop.

Positive: "" Negative: Nice enough for a Holiday Inn Express. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. However, the prices of the hotel rooms in this small town are ridiculous.

When this hotel first opened back in 2023. It was really nice. Nice people. Nice manager. Service animal friendly. Excellent bathrooms. Fast forward to 2024 and this place has went down hill, in less then a year. Idk if they changed management or what. Thinking we would have great service again, I booked a suit 2 queens and a fold out couch. Enough for me, my wife and 3 children. They tried giving me a single queen at first. Went back down to the office and the lady said that they booked out all the suites. But could give us a double queen. (This was 11 pm at night and 5 hours from home.) Really had no other choice. My 10 year old son had to sleep on the floor. So his 2 sisters could share a bed. The night lady was very rude. Seem like she hated her job. She would not send up extra towels and a blow dryer. Even tho the rooms are supposed to come with a blow dryer. Will never stay here again. There is a reason why the Google ratings on this place keep going lower.
