My husband and I stayed overnight and just loved it. We came in late (2a), however front desk was ready to help with a smile. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast selection was amazing - one of the best. The morning staff was very helpful and polite. The food was delicious! This place is about 30-45 minutes from the park, but I HIGHLY recommend to stay away from the crazy morning and evening crowds that one encounters at hotels closer to the park.

The stay was a good one overall. The property was very nice looking. The staff was polite. The rooms looked clean. Breakfast was also good!

I would stay again, however I’d make sure to check the shower first upon arrival and before settling in.

We got in late and did not alert management or switch rooms as we were only staying one night. The shower is in absolute need of a deep cleaning. This type of shower should not be allowed in hotels as they are hard to maintain. Either housekeeping is not alerting management of this or management doesn’t care.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. There was a wide variety of food to choose from and the staff made sure that nothing ran out. The front desk clerk, Jane, was very friendly and helpful. She is an asset to this hotel. The location was convenient to the places we wanted to go to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I found this hotel through booking.com and could not be happier with the experience. I was attending a family event and traveling with my 91 year old Mother. She was quite pleased with the hotel and so was I. The beds are clean and comfortable; the rooms spacious and best of all breakfast was included and was a good enough breakfast. This place was convenient to everywhere I needed to go as well.

Hotel was nice, staff was great. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Beds and linens nice, pillows are the only thing that needs help. Bathroom is ok; like they carry all Dove products. Shower wasn’t completely clean (looks like needs deep clean). Complimentary Breakfast better than most.

First off I would say that the breakfast attendant Tess did a wonderful job the two days that she was working while we were there. She was very friendly and attentive. I like to work out early in the morning and the key would never work I always had to go ask for permission to be let in which was very annoying. Also one of the days in the workout area there were no towels and I had to ask for a towel. And one day housekeeping took all our towels and left us no washcloths and also even though a whole roll completely gone of the toilet paper they did not leave us an extra toilet paper roll and we noticed these at different times so we had to go twice downstairs to pick these things up ourselves. Also the refrigerator unknown to us was set on a super cold temperature and froze all our food and destroyed it. But the worst thing was that there was no oatmeal for breakfast so I had to go and buy my own and then one day as I was preparing it, I was using the toppings they had and realized there were ants in the walnuts and raisins which was completely disgusting luckily they weren't there for long and I was able to scrape off the top layer of my oatmeal and salvage it. The young girl that was doing the breakfast attending that morning did not even apologize or anything and then I hear her in the kitchen mocking me talking to herself. I have stayed at this Holiday Inn before years ago and it was wonderful things have gone down for sure.

We retreated to this Holiday Inn Express during Hurricane Milton. They were, of course, a “full house”. Staff handled the arrival of so many guests with ease, making you feel welcome, providing information for the stay, and treating you as if you were a special guest. The lady in charge of breakfast for this many people did a fantastic job of keeping up with refilling all items. We send her our thanks! Our room was very clean, supplies plentiful, and beds were very comfortable. This hotel is doing a wonderful job and location great! Thank you management and staff!!!

I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando East UCF. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind and seemed to truly enjoy their work, which made me feel this hotel cares about its employees. One staff member, in particular, stood out to me—her warmth and kindness were so contagious that I watched it spread throughout the Express Start Breakfast Bar. 💖||While getting breakfast, I was feeling emotional, as my 10-year-old nephew was recently diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma cancer and yesterday I was with him at the hospital for his third chemotherapy treatment. While in a daze, I heard this staff member greet me with the most positive and uplifting ‘good morning’ I’ve ever experienced. 🌞 Her energy was infectious, and surprisingly, I found myself responding with the same positivity. Her coworkers embraced her warmth as well, and it truly changed the whole atmosphere in the room. Another guest commented that she’d put him in a good mood with her happy, kind spirit, and I wholeheartedly agreed. 😊||As I put my breakfast on the table, I went to get orange juice and the staff member and I chatted briefly. She offered heartfelt well wishes for my nephew, which touched me deeply. I genuinely believe that God places people like her on earth to radiate love, faith, positivity, and kindness. 🙏 Later, I even saw her helping an elderly guest with his breakfast, and I could tell he felt her kindness too.||When I checked out, I shared my experience with the front desk and pointed her out. They told me her name is Tess. Thank you, Tess, for your compassion and positivity. I pray that Holiday Inn recognizes what an incredible asset you are to their team. 💫
