The was the most comfortable I have had in my many travels. I was able to rest without my joints hurting. The blackout blinds opened and closed easily and the noise level was controlled.
There was a close by restuarant and a few choices so we didn't have to be inconvenienced.
The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay again.

I truly enjoyed my overnight stay, this was very convenient for what I had to do in the city. My only complaint would be when I walked into the hotel, the smell of the cleaning products was very strong and irritating. I did not say anything to staff. The staff was very polite, the smell didn’t seem to bother her. Other than the smell and seeing the hotel was under construction. I enjoyed the stay. The corner room of the hotel was very cozy and relaxing. Looking forward to more stays.

I always stay at a Holiday zinn Express when traveling. We were traveling from the West coast to the East Coast and return. We rely on over night stays with Holiday Inn's. They are clean , professional check in and we felt safe. I love the discount of military which helped the cost per night. I would recommend Holiday Inn to everyone one that travels; It have all you need for a good night's rest.

We primarily use Holiday Inn Express for travel. Never ever have I experienced such a nasty room. Upon arrival, the foyer/entry was not clean. Got up to the room and was greeted with a dirt and footprints in the entry. Then I pulled back the covers and there was hair. My small child sat down in the chair, and noticed a stain which appeared to be blood. On the floor we found trail mix that had not been cleaned up (thankfully I saw this since my child has a severe nut allergy). I can continue as to what we found in the room, but I think the point is across.

Fast forward to the morning and we go to get breakfast. The dining room was worse than McDonald's after a crowd. The chairs were falling apart. There was no toilet paper in the lobby bathroom.

On my way out the clerk asked how my stay was. When I told her the room was dirty, she looked to be in disbelief. I did ask why she was looking at me like that. I was thinking, you work there you should know how dirty this place is, right?

I would never ever stay here again. This is not a typical Holiday Inn Express experience, so of course I was very disappointed.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The location felt incredibly safe, with a well-lit parking lot that gave us peace of mind for our belongings, including our U-Haul with an open car trailer and classic car onboard. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of lighting, a comfortable chair, and a desk chair.

The front desk staff were phenomenal on every shift—super accommodating and always helpful. Breakfast was delicious and varied daily, which was a nice touch. The room’s fridge and microwave were also great conveniences. They also have a pool we didn’t have time to try.

We slept the best nights’ rest we truly needed, knowing our belongings were secure. Seeing several horse trailers in the lot further showed how much travelers trust this location. Being situated on a pretty dead street with no through traffic added to the sense of security.

Another standout feature was how pet-friendly this hotel is. My wife has paperwork for her service animal, and they not only allowed pets but also didn’t charge us any additional fees. Their kindness and understanding made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, we 100% recommend this hotel for its excellent service, amenities, peace of mind, and welcoming pet policy.

We always stay at Holiday Inn when we travel due to the fact that they are quiet. This one was an exception! There were children running around until almost midnight, even though the printout received at check in stated quiet time started at 9:00. Our alarm clock went off at 5:30 am. Thanks to the previous guest. The bathroom door did not latch or lock. When we asked the front fest to comp our points used, she was extremely rude and asked why we thought we deserved points! Then stated she would apply points but not until Monday, which did not happen! I highly recommend you stay at a different Holiday Inn.

Skip this hotel if you like to sleep past 6am. That’s when the maids start slamming doors. And it continues until you checkout. Rude behavior by employees. Not very clean rooms either. Dust and crumbs on floor bugs in bathroom. Just gross overall.
