This place is really nice! We immediately started our stay with a chat with one of the housekeeping staff. She was so lovely! We knew we were in for a great stay if there were people like her there! So sweet!

The rooms were nice and spacious! I love that they had 2 TVs in the room. They had extra blankets and pillows in the room ready for if you had a sofa bed. Very convenient!

The only real complaint was that the bed was kind of uncomfortable. But I have that issue with any bed that's even the smallest amount of firm. Makes it difficult to sleep, especially when I'm driving for long distances. However, if you like semi-firm beds, you'll like these beds! They just weren't for me.

All in all, a decent experience! We'd come back again if we were in the area!

This property has wonderful, friendly staff! The pool could use an update, the rooms could use an update, the air-conditioning units could use an update (noisy), they need a water bottle filling station. But we always got friendly prompt service if we needed a towel or 2 from the staff, but the front desk was not stationed, the clerk was always in the back and we had to wait. Friendly, but had to wait, and with two small kids and other family your are meeting, waiting is not fun. The breakfast was good, not great, could use a a few extras, but the lobby and breakfast area was always clean. This property was chosen for us as a block of rooms for an event.
I will admit that I am a stickler for germs and cleanliness and I look for the best. I am also a self proclaimed "water snob", so we went out to buy bottled water everyday to keep in our rooms. Hense the need for a filtered water bottle station on property. If you are there for a night or two, no big deal, but any longer and "no".

I loved my stay here. The bed was the most wonderful to sleep in after being on the road for 15+ hours. The staff here was so nice, I mean really wonderful people. I'm horrible at remembering names but these two ladies that provided service for me were the absolute best. I will definitely stay there again. This hotel will be on my favorites list!!

We are repeat guests at this location for two reasons, #1 it's CLEAN and #2 Wanda in the breakfast area. IHG are usually good price for room, clean and great beds. However, this location is so far above par. Staff are usually always very friendly, the entire hotel is extremely neat and clean and there has never been any " funky" odors I've ever picked up on and I have a smeller like a bloodhound. But this hotel gets 10/10 for one reason....Wanda. She runs the breakfast area and is an absolute joy. She makes this place stand out. She's kind, smiles and shows the guests she truly cares. She does an excellent job in managing the breakfast area but it's her " light" she shines that puts her above everything. I encourage anyone who stays at this location to find Wanda and experience her happy smile and friendly conversations. IHG, you have a treasure in Wanda. I hope you appreciate her!! Your guest surely does!!

The hotel smelled every clean when walked in. It was very fast to check in. It very good for IHG members. It was close to a lot of places we wanted to go to. The bed was amazing. The only negative then is the show not made for tall people. I am 5"6 and had to angle the show head up high which cause it to hit the back and go in floor. If in the area give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Great place to stay for families! Staff is friendly, curious, and helpful. Breakfast was great. It’s free! Kids had a ball. ||Pool Temp: We’ve chosen to stay on Holiday Inns when we travel for a lot a reasons. Number one being continuity. ||Downside: The temp of the water in the pool was very cold. Not sure if they are trying to cut corners, but turn up the temp, please! The last Holiday In said their pool heater was in need of repair and wasn’t working at all. We’re wondering if this is an excuse they give every time?

I was unsure if I should stay at this location as it had a 2-Star rating on the website I was searching for hotels in this area. I was extremely surprised upon my arrival. Check-in was quick. However, I wasn't recognized as a Rewards Member. The hotel was exceptionally clean. It appeared that it may have been recently renovated. The entire staff was seen during the day cleaning all areas of the hotel. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The hot foods; eggs, sausages, and potatoes were cold. Perhaps the heating elements were not working or turned on. I didn't bring it to anyone's attention since I only stayed for one night. I didn't use the fitness room so can't comment on this. I would stay again and recommend the location.

We were traveling to take our grandchildren back home to Westmoreland, Tn. We stayed overnight in Knoxville, Tn due to storms coming closer to our destination. Kids loved that there was an indoor pool. Beds were so comfortable, bathroom supplied well, breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here. Staff was all helpful and friendly.
