Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Airport, an IHG Hotel - Jacksonville, Florida

We always feel comfortable booking a Holiday Inn Express and this one is true to brand in that it was clean and safe and friendly. Very competitively priced compared to other properties and there were decent restaurants nearby. We went to a brewpub locally owned. Just be careful crossing the boulevard if you go there! Pool at hotel was cool it was indoor outdoor. Staff at breakfast very attentive but the eggs were meh. Stick with other offerings. Property was easy to get to with out truck and trailer and parking was safe. Bed was comfortable! Not a fancy hotel but as always a solid choice. Staff seem to care. Thanks HEI!

This is a late post. Stayed here back in late November and was the best hotel location near the airport! Staff was excellent, greeted upon arrival and checked in within minutes! Loved our stay here! Super clean and a great place to stay. We did leave a small tip for housekeeping for their tireless work in keeping this hotel spic and span! Thank you!

Everything was great.We really enjoyed the location and the hotel experience. The staff was wonderful and willing to help without any complaints. The hotel room was decorated extremely well. The beds were made for a queen. The best rest I've had in long time. I will definitely return for another stay.

At almost 1am, after having our Jacksonville Airport flight delayed 3x, boarded and then canceled and deplaned , I called this hotel to see about a room for the night. George took my call, got us a room and said to call him once we got our bags and he would send the shuttle. I did that and he directed us to where the shuttle would pick us up. It arrived quickly.

We were stressed and exhausted. George got us into a room in short order and put us down for a shuttle back to the airport in the morning. He was the best part of our day!

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and the shuttle back to the airport. I can’t thank him enough for his help and turning a bad situation into a good one!

Debbie checked us in and the next morning we saw her at breakfast. Talking with her, we discovered she regularly works in the kitchen, and helps at the front desk one day a week. I would never have known. She is amazing! I truly enjoyed speaking with her. I am an AGM at a hotel, and I would be thrilled to have her as a member of my team. She is so friendly and personable. I stay at this hotel multiple times a year for work purposes. The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. I believe they are about done with all remodeling now, which will make it only better.

We enjoyed the stay. I really enjoyed the comfort of the room. Sorry we didn't get to experience the breakfast. I quite sure it was excellent. The front desk staff was awesome. Her hospitality was great. Very professional.

The hotel overall was nice and comfortable. I just had to tell someone to come and clean out my refrigerator. The beds were nice and clean. The food was just cold and most of my family was not able to eat because there was none left over. They didn't try to make more food to make everyone be able to have an enjoyable breakfast.
