Extremely clean and comfortable. Many staff members were observed hustling around the property in the morning on tasks like picking up trash & cigarette butts outside, cleaning lobby windows, cleaning spots on the concrete in the parking lot, etc. Breakfast was fresh and the attendant in the breakfast area kept it super clean. Our room was perfect.

It was really easy to get here from the interstate. The rooms are clean, air conditioning worked really well, the bathrooms were clean and the showers were really nice.

The staff was easy to work with and very helpful when we asked questions. III I had any complaint at all, it was that the breakfast bar was a bit on the cool side. Next time we’re in this part of the state we will stay here again.

Positive: The staff was so friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable, we loved the bedding and the hotel was very clean! Plus the breakfast was great! Negative: The GPS didn?t know exactly where the hotel was. Once we found it, it was fine but the address didn?t match the GPS.

The hotel was clean and fresh with no odors -very well maintained. The A/C was quiet and the temperature was easy to control with the wall thermostat. Very good stay. My room was huge! Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay, newer property and very well kept. The evening staff
was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. When I arrived my keys were ready and it took me less than 3 minutes to get them and to my room. Room was clean and comfortable and they even include several sets of towels, something hotels don’t do anymore. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed here before and it was good however tonight was the Worst sleep I’ve had in a long time. When I checked in the room was 83 degrees. I left to go eat and set the thermostat on 72. I came back a few hours later and it had cooled down to 78 degrees.
I called the front desk and Chris said the thermostats were motion controlled and it should cool down. He sent a maintenance guy with a bad infrared meter to check it. Temps blowing out of the ac were all over the place showing anywhere from 68 to 84 blowing out of the vents. I was already unpacked and tired so Against my better judgment I went to sleep tossing and turning all night. It’s now 2:20 am and the room has finally cooled down to 72 degrees. It’s cooler in the hallway outside than in this room. The place is conveniently located and clean so stay here again but if the rooms too hot when I get there I’ll immediately ask for a different room before unpacking.

I had a very good hotel stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and my room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a complementary breakfast, it was delicious. I also received great service from the breakfast staff. This hotel is located very close to the Fort Smith Airport. I would definitely stay here again.
