The staff always greeted you every night on the way in and every morning on the way out. The lady during the day, the young lady on the weekend nights were super, the room staff was very accommodating, the breakfast lady was very attentive to cleanliness and the general manager was visible several times during my two week stay. Any requests were taken care of right away. Having the laundry machines available was very convenient and easy to use. The gym was very clean and easy to access. The young lady doing the general cleaning of the main lobby was always in motion and did a very good job. To hop on and off the highway was very easy for this location.

First impressions were great… front desk night & day shift friendly & helpful. Room was more than great!!! Clean & spacious. Bed linens & towels were clean & soft. Breakfast was best buffet type we’ve ever eaten at a hotel. Eggs were tasty and great variety of breakfast foods. Everything tasted great. We left stuffed. If ever back in area, we’ll definitely stay again & recommend to others.

I stayed at IHG for a weekend sporting event. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with "real" food, i.e., real eggs! Also included were sausage, all the pastries and breads, hot cereal, cold cereal, yoghurt, and even fresh fruit. Of course, there was also coffee, as well as juice and milk. This hotel is really good value for the money and in a great location right near University Town Center.

This hotel is very convenient to I-75, but tucked far enough away that we did not hear road noise. Because of a funeral and celebration of life, we didn't check in until just after 10:00 p.m. (unusual for us), but we had reservations. The young man at the desk honored our request for a quiet room away from ice machine and elevator and on the top floor. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean...as one would expect in a IHG property. The lobby was welcoming, and the breakfast area was spotless and well supplied. There was plenty of parking, and we had no difficulty obtaining a luggage cart at check in or checkout (a pet peeve of ours).

I’ve stayed at this particular hotel multiple times for work and have never been disappointed. The staff is great, very attentive and helpful. Everything is clean and up to date, and there are lots of good dining options nearby, plus access to shopping for those needs that pop up while working on the road.

The cleaning staff and one of the front desk employees were very friendly. Other than that, the staff didn't seem interested in being there. I stood and waited for two minutes to check in while the woman played on her phone. After putting the phone down, there was no nice greeting, just a,"checking in?" Any request appeared to be an inconvenience.

The shower left a lot to be desired, felt old and dingy. The bed was very comfortable, the ac worked well and it was quiet. Location is great, overall atmosphere, not so much.

Nice place that being said,

stayed 2 nights left room in morning when we returned that night the room was not cleaned called front desk about the problem anyway fresh towels were sent up quick.

Like i said nice place breakfast items where tasty.

Having stayed several times in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch area, this Holiday Inn location was as close to perfect as it could possibly be. The cleanliness, amenities, friendly staff, quiet exterior and insulated interior wall to buffer noise were all were beneficial to our overall experience. The expansive Continental Breakfast was delicious as well.
