We stay here each year due to the proximity of the hotel to an event we attend. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Breakfast has many options, including the pancake machine which is my favorite. My only negative was the size of the shower in a king room. The show stall was 3' x 3' square and you couldn't avoid the water if needed. The living part of the room had 2 full size sofas, middle table, desk, etc and the bed area was behind a half wall. The room overall was huge and nice, but I don't know why the shower was so small. Most Express's have a full tub or full walk in shower. The hotel did have a sign that they were remodeling, so I'm hoping that this room is on the list!

This hotel is on the east side of the interstate, across from a large Meijer grocery…and nothing else. No restaurants nearby (there are some chains on the other side of the interstate, but not walkable…but I guess no one without a car would stay here.|Pleasant young man at check-in. Elevator area a little grubby, with peeling wallpaper. |Room was clean enough, had refrigerator and microwave. Towels and bathroom amenities sufficient. Coffee pods were decaf…I hate this, but it’s minor in the grand scheme, I guess.|Light filtering blind on the window.|My biggest issue was when I went to dinner. At the elevator on my floor (top floor), the door opened and 6 or 7 young men came out carrying cases of beer and bottles of liquor. As I passed through the lobby, another young man was coming in and asking what room the party was in.|By the time I returned from dinner, around 8pm, there was not yet any noise…but an hour or so later, the doors started banging and “visiting” back and forth was going on. I actually opened my door and asked if they could quiet it down, but I was ignored. So, I called the front desk and was told that this group was told they had to be quiet by 10. I said that’s fine, I assume that means quiet in their own rooms. But if they were going to continue roaming the halls and being load, I would be asking for a room on a different floor.|They did quiet down and that was the end of the disturbance, thankfully.|I stay in a hotel to sleep and I am paying for a full night’s sleep.

The room was fine. Not the 2 room we booked. Front desk staff was nice. The breakfast hostess was so rude, didn't replenish anything, closed even before closing time, was more worried about closing than serving the guests. I checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday and NEVER had our room cleaned. Had to go get TP and towels from the desk. I have 2 children at BG and come often. I will never stay here again with so many choices up and down Wooster.

First impressions: easy to find, staff very nice, facilities spotless. 2nd impressions this hotel is nice and quiet and this room is nice, very clean, and oh, thus bed is comfortable. The third impression? It's morning already? When in this area again, I will definitely stay at this location!

First time to stay at this hotel and the thing I noticed right away was how fresh and clean it smelled. Our room was great, very spacious and the bed was comfortable and we had a really good night's rest. I liked the way the TV swiveled so you could turn it whatever way you wanted and the bathroom had all the amenities we need. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Love this Holiday inn. I love that it’s so close to campus but out of the middle of the hustle and bustle. It was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was temperature regulation in the room but we were able to get it under control.

Great overall experience. Staff was friendly, very clean! Definitely will be back in May!
The breakfast was okay, out of Orange juice and some other breakfast options. We made sure to get down early too.
