Let me start by saying I travel all over and basically live outa hotels, this location by far has been the best hotel experience! All of the employees are hands down some of the kindest, most caring and helpful humans I’m blessed to have crossed paths with! Even through the crazy snow storm we had they went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. This definitely is a must visit hotel! Breakfast was always great, fresh cookies everyday and always eager to solve anything that may arise. Me and my crew were very impressed! Clean , comfortable and plenty of smiles to go around! Stop in stay the night or many and thank me later🩷

Great stay of 2 nights. Greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Used the fitness room and equipment was in good shape and room was clean. Breakfast was hot and ready. Options were excellent and staff friendly. I had no complaints at all here. Wonderful stay

I highly recommend anyone to stay at the Bonifay Holiday Hotel Inn Express. My fellow friends had an amazing experience. We were able to relax and fellowship. Truly blessed with fantastic service. The staff is caring and very accommodating. This hotel is definitely a go to hotel. We were treated like Queens and received royal treatment from Rebecca, Miranda and other staff members. Tiffany who is responsible for the complimentary breakfast was simply amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a crib available for our baby, which is very necessary. We were pleasantly surprised at finding such a nice hotel in a very rural area. We will definitely be keeping this in mind next time we are in Chipley/Bonifay.

Was on family business trip but the night i stayed room was clean , bed was very comfortable air conditioning worked just right. The blackout shades worked just as they should. The noise level from hall and outside was not loud at all. Enjoyed my stay as short as it was. All the staff was very friendly.

First of all, the staff were all very nice, welcoming, and friendly. The hotel was dirty. The elevator carpet was dirty and in major need of a vacuum. When we got to our floor (third floor), the carpet was just as dirty. It looked as if it had not been vacuumed in days or weeks, visible dirt and grass on the carpet. It was this way the entirety of our stay which was 4 days. Our room at first glance appeared clean. When we pulled the sheets back to get into bed, there were stains on the sheets and a few hairs on the sheets as well. I immediately went down to the front desk and asked for my sheets to be changed with fresh sheets. The front desk clerk was apologetic and said she would have the housekeeping change the sheets immediately. When we went back to the room later, the sheets were changed with fresh clean sheets. There was a chaise lounge chair in the corner of the room that had visible dirt and grass on it like the carpets in the hall. The bathroom was very clean! The breakfast was great with fresh food and the ladies cooking and serving were so very nice and welcoming.

This was an incredible hotel for me and my wife! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and when they found out my wife and I had just been married, they put a note on our door congratulating us!! It was so sweet. They took care of our room while we were gone upon request, and they were very polite. It's a little hidden behind the Burger King but their big sign makes it easy to find. I liked it being behind other businesses so it's not right by the road. If you book a room facing the entrance, you get a beautiful view of the sunset.

I did not have a positive experience at this property. I anticipated on staying for 4 days, but this was abruptly cut short due to lack of cleanliness. I did have a great conversation with the front desk clerk on the first night. She was very nice and talkative. Someone from this property was supposed to reach out to me regarding my stay but I NEVER heard from anyone. Please do better.
