Positive: It's hard to go wrong staying at a Holiday Inn Express. Very clean hotel with easy step in shower. Evening complimentary coffee in lobby. Great breakfast with famous cinnamon rolls.Quiet, enjoyable stay. Negative: Smaller 32 inch TV. Scrambled eggs would have been better than a cheese omelet, but hard boiled eggs were offered. These were minor dislikes.

Hotel rooms and stay were pleasant and clean. The best part was how wonderful, helpful, and fun, Diana who ran the breakfast, was. She was so friendly and warm and made everyone feel welcome.

I would recommend this Hotel, and Holiday Inn Express in general. We always get consistent great service, a very good breakfast, and the room amenities we like, which many hotels do not have. We celebrated a wedding nearby, and many of our guests stayed at this hotel. We had a breakfast for many of the guests in the separate meeting room, and everyone was happy with the food and service. This helped complete a fantastic wedding event.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The rooms are quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great. Thank you to Jenny and her staff for making our stays at this hotel so pleasurable.

Hello Belmont,

I usually look forward to stays with IHG hotels but this time I was disappointed.

Fridge - After we checked in, we placed our food and drinks in the refrigerator. It did not feel that cold but there was ice all over freezer section. Next morning, it was warm and all the ice melted over all our food.

TV - First night after we got settled we turned off TV and went out for food. Came back, turned on TV and we could hear sound but no picture. Had to mess with it a while before it started working.

Breakfast - This is one of biggest reasons why we continue to choose IHG hotels but this time it was bad. Hardboiled egg was slippery, sausage was slightly warm and tasted old and stale. Milk expiration was for that day. Eggs were runny. Pancake machine was not working. 3 of us felt a bit sick after and had to go to bathroom with the runs!

Check in - Had a second room booked for another family member and front desk could not find reservation. Family member called me worried. That upset me, I went down and by time I went down front desk figured it out. No apology for confusion.

Just very unpleasing stay for both rooms and both nights!

We where there this week end for a tournament, when we arrived on Friday around 11:00 we went to our room that we had reserved more than a month ago, when we walked into our room the room had not been cleaned luckily they had a few open still, the room was ok in size the bed was not that comfortable, the AC was always on and at times cold when it’s 45 degrees out side, there was molding falling off and rust in some areas we travel a lot for our kids events, seems like they need some TLC breakfast was good and the staff was also great. FYI you have to pay for parking so be aware of that.

This is our worst stay in all our 30 years of travel. I am a good standing member of a few hotel chains. I always look for great hotels with good quality. I believe you pay for the best. This hotel was at the higher end of my choice to stay $600 + for two nights. I asked for a separate bedroom for me to rest. I made specifically request when making my reservations for quite area. I had three serious medical tests to rule cancer. My rest is needed, and my condition isn't easy. I am so disappointed to have been given a bottom floor room near housekeeping. The bootom floor has a parking exit garage door that slams each time, making our room door rattle. The room above has weak flooring because we could hear snoring and walking starting at 5AM. The heater would throw cool air. We would be freezing at times and had to keep our temp at 75 to feel like 68 what we are used to. My husband did go on 12/10 to ask for the manager to bring up the situations, and he was told told the manager wasn't in. If had been my healthy self, I would have been calling the cooperate office. We will not be staying here for my future medical stays, nor will I recommend this place.

I had a two night stay at this hotel.||It was a good hotel and clean, but it is rather average. It could also benefit from an overhaul. For example, the bathroom was clean, but not up to modern standards.||I stayed on the 3-rd floor, the highest, and the water pressure was totally inadequate. Perhaps I was just unlucky, but if this is important to you, I would check upfront.||My room also had a connecting door. It would have been nice if I'd been asked about that. Especially since the hotel did not appear to be sold out. The door transferred too much noise and I could clearly hear the TV and conversations in the adjacent room. To be fair, I did not raise this with the reception. I arrived close to midnight and was too tired to change rooms again. Since it was a two night stay only, I didn't bother.||The breakfast buffet was simple, but fine. I liked the yoghurt that was offered, but was not so happy with the large bottles of milk. For hygienic reasons, I prefer a small cardboard container for personal use, or a dispenser. The seating area was really small. Too small for the number of guests.||The complimentary parking garage underneath the hotel was nice. There is also outdoor parking at the frontside of the hotel by the way.||Altogether I have mixed feelings about the hotel. Especially given the pretty high rate that I paid.
