I travel a lot, and this is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It smells great, and the staff are kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing and they always keep the food stocked.

The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. I usually prefer a firmer bed because of my back issues, but my wife loved it, so no complaints. The room is spacious with plenty of power outlets, which is great for charging devices or working on a laptop.

Everything is clean. The sheets, bathroom, and even the towels, which also smell nice. I really liked their hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

The location is ideal. Close to gas stations, a pharmacy, convenience stores and restaurants.

I wish more hotels were like this. Huge thanks to the owner, management and staff for an outstanding job!

The property was very clean, the rooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. Customer service was excellent and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast options were ok with eggs and sausage and biscuits with gravy (the night I stayed) with pancakes, fruit and some cereal options. The air conditioner in the room was very loud but otherwise it was a confiable stay with a clean and will appointed room. Coffee is available 24 hours a day in the dining area and breakfast is included in the stay. Of all the properties near Morongo Casino, this is by far the best choice.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Beaumont was absolutely phenomenal. I had to officiate a wedding of a very good friend of mine in Beaumont. However, I actually live in Long Beach. I needed to come to Beaumont two days, the first day for rehearsal, and the second day for the wedding, so for convenience sake I booked. First of all I was greeted at the front desk with a happy smile and a nice welcome. The room was very clean, fresh and cool. I had a good nights rest, and in the morning I had breakfast and breakfast was actually very good, not like some hotels with a " continental breakfast " a donut, coffee and fruit. IHG Hotels and Suites serve a full scale breakfast and you can eat as much as you want. Check-out was just as phenomenal as check-in. If I happen to need a hotel, stay in Beaumont in the near future for any reason, I would definitely come back to this location. The staff made me feel welcomed.

I stayed at this property with my friends for a festival at the NOS EVNTS CENTR for Friday and Saturday night and I enjoyed my experience. Front desk agents were super chill, and I liked the fact that there was security keeping my car safe. I was so happy they were able to accommodate our rooms to be adjacent to each other and both with 2 queen beds. I decided to stay one extra night after my friends checked out and went home. For this reservation I used my points, but they were unable to accommodate me with a 2pm check out on Monday even if it was for my rewards night. Besides that, I loved it.

I believe this was the fifth time we stayed in this hotel. The reason we chose this one was because my mother-in-law lived next door, so my husband and I had to go frequently to care for her. We checked out on Tuesday, but the hospital told us that on the next day, we would have to make the difficult decision to shut off the machines that were keeping my mother-in-law alive. After hearing that, we had to go back to the hotel. The receptionist who checked us in was not the same nice ladies who always greet us graciously. He was a tall white young man who treated us very coldly. We explained that we needed a quiet room, and he gave us a room facing the freeway, which was extremely noisy. He talked to us as if he was a robot, repeating all the rules and even after I explained to him that I had already paid $100 deposit the night before, he ignored me and was not even apologetic, He told me every time I came back he was going to charge me $100. What good does it do to be a member and a frequent client? My husband and I could not sleep well because of the noise from the freeway, and at 4:45 am, a truck from US Foods was delivering food to the hotel, and the worker pushing a dolly had no respect for the guests sleeping. He talked very loud and made more noise than he needed. In the morning I complained to the manager about the noise and after I explained that my husband and I were going to watch my mother in law die, she did everything she could to see if we could move to a better room, but unfortunately, the hotel was full and there was no better rooms. I don't think the night receptionist belongs in that hospitality environment or he needs more customer service training. The morning checkout male receptionist and the afternoon ladies are always very pleasant. After losing our mother, my husband and I went to the room, and we realized that our room was not cleaned. I had to call the reception and ask for fresh towels so we could at least take a shower. We were hurting very much emotionally, and that one receptionist made things worse.

Great location, easy on/ off access to I-10.
Great staff, helpful and friendly. Safe area. Room is nice with comfortable bed and nice quality bedding. Wi-Fi strong. Parking is convenient. Loved the hot breakfast and numerous choices.

The staff is friendly. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was good. Love the cinnamon rolls. My only complaint is the length of time the hotel takes to reimburse the $100 deposit. It takes 10 working days! Why? That’s really not acceptable vi have never experienced that before.

Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Were on par with all IHG requirements. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom could use a little touch up and ac/heater was hard to regulate but that's just a wall unit issue. Biscuits and gravy was very bland. Breakfast could have a few extra condiments and some flavor to the food.
