Great hotel! Place was very clean, parking lot, entrance, room- was all very clean and tidy.
Staff very professional- greeted us every time we came in and left. Also, the breakfast crew was very friendly- helpful with what we needed.
Rooms- very comfortable beds and clean.

Cleanliness is the #1 priority for me and this may have been one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. In addition, the staff was great and responsive, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was the best. The manager of the breakfast experience was attentive and pleasant and kept the area supplied and clean. The only reason I gave "able to relax" a 4 star was because I was a nervous wreck over the whole hurricane experience...nothing to do with the hotel itself. The hotel was outstanding and I would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay while visiting Legoland. The room was clean and had all that was needed to make our trip a wonderful one considering we were traveling with our grandchildren! They enjoyed the breakfast the most, particularly the teenager!

We evacuated our home on the Gulf Coast. We arrived to the hotel in the morning & were warmly greeted by Christine at the front desk. She told us to relax & enjoy a breakfast & she would get us in a room ASAP. Less than an hour later she had a room ready for us. Gary that was working in the dining area was friendly & helpful. The kindness of Christine & Gary meant so much to us during a time of great stress in our lives. We highly recommend this hotel

Great stay, better than expected. We'll be coming back for other future events in the area, especially the sci fi. The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Extra pillows were not an issue. Great restaurants near by for easy access to dining. The lobby also had a booklet with more information on the things to do in the area, which actually will be what is bring us back. Absolutely wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Luggage carts were readily avalable. Breakfast was awesome offering everything from fresh fruit to fresh made pancakes. Next time we are in the Bartow area this will be our hotel of choice.

The hotel was easily accessed and we were greeted by the checkin staff as soon as we entered. The hotel was clean and quiet, even when many additional guests arrived. The breakfast was very good and set up nicely. No complaints at all.

We came down from Tennessee to visit our son for his fiftyth birthday. Had a great time and enjoyed the amenities at the motel. We have been coming to this motel for years now. we have always been treated very well and the staff and facilities are always great. Our grandchildren stay here also.
