Nicest service and open rooms with a extremely well put and modern bathroom. Great breakfast times and flexible dining, they allowed us to eat and take whatever and whenever we wanted from the dining room (milk, food, water,juice etc). Super nice front desk staff and kitchen staff spoke clearly and well. And despite all this, the hotel was very cheap and well well worth it for the price, I wish every hotel was like this.

My wife and I are travel agents and this was not only the worst hotel we stayed at during our 5600 mile 23 states and 1
Country road trip, but it was the overall worst hotel we have ever stayed at in over 27 years. Location was good, but not worth the expense. Almost every material covered chair, couch or cushion had stains. Air conditioner in room sounded like a squealing fan and would not blow hard enough to cool the room. Full kitchen with nothing in it, not even paper plates, plastic utensils and or cups. Continental breakfast which had the worst burnt egg rounds ever, pancake machine was out of service, out of orange juice, out of chocolate milk, dining chairs even out of service. Only one elevator working. Only one of two room card keys worked and then quit working. As you can see in the pictures leaking pipes from ceiling, water would not go cold, no manager on duty or available before 11am.

This hotel is in need of upgrades and maybe a door stop or two. Every door was propped open with a trash can or flower pot. The floors were filthy. The HOT handle on the jetted tub did not work, leaving me without the option to soak peacefully after a 12 hour drive.
There was no coffee available.
The lady who checked me in was friendly but the lady who was at the desk in the morning to check me out was not to be bothered, she ignored when when I walked up and eventually nodded to the key drop box.

This is the second time in a week I have been disappointed by Holiday Inn. As an IHG member, I expect more. With so many competing for my lodging business, I see no reason to keep trying Holiday Inn for sub par customer service, rude employees, and sub standard hotels. This particular hotel had old dirty carpet with stained, stained furniture I wouldn't even set my bags on, and definitely not sit on, and the breakfast had no eggs left by 9:15 and was supposed to end at 9:30 and the hostess refused to make more. At this intersection and in Barstow, there are a number of hotels to choose from at competitive prices, I see no reason to pay the premium this Holiday Inn charges for sub par service and quality.

Great location to stop and recharge one self during road trips. Rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast fare is usually very good. The staff here are excellent and welcoming to us their community.

This hotel guys pay too much attention to money but not services. I charge Tesla next the hotel , and need to use restroom urgently. This inn ask me to pay money, but the Hampton Inn which is next to it welcome I to use restroom free. Actually most of hotels can allow people use their restrooms. I don’t know if this holiday inn’s culture is only money! I personally like hotel which can focus on service but not only money! This holiday inn is really bad experience!

The place is generally pretty clean. Maintenance is really disappointing. No ice machines working, broken doors, and a pretty sad breakfast with none of their signature cinnamon rolls. The rolls are minor but the maintenance is a deal breaker. They also let homeless folks help themselves to the breakfasts.

If you have a Tesla, this is the place to stay! A massive supercharger location could not be closer. My son feel asleep instantly. It’s not a Ritz Carlton but it gets the job done. Nice staff too.
