Cute little hotel. It is kept very clean with staff always cleaning it all day. Breakfast staff were so friendly and attentive, and they remembered my son each morning. The pool was small but nice, and same for the gym. The rooms are a little smaller than some IHG hotels we have stayed at, with no pull out couch. But the beds were very comfortable. We loved all the counter space in the room and bathroom for putting out stuff comfortably. They arrived immediately when we asked for blankets and more towels. We would stay there again.

The checkin was easy and the front desk lady was extremely polite and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was clean and my granddaughter loved it . The young lady lifeguard was great with my 7 year old grandaughter and was very friendly and sweet. She was great. The breakfast lady attendant was also great with my granddaughter helping her make pancakes and getting her whip cream for them. This was absolutely the best and most friendly hotel I have ever stayed in . I have stayed in thousands of hotels all throughout the USA and overseas in my 62 years and believe me this was far superior than any of them . I don't ever write surveys but I just had to this time because of this EXCELLENT IHG property. Thanks again.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The room was phenomenally clean, the breakfast was perfect, and the bed was super comfy. However, what truly stands out among all these great aspects is the excellence of the staff. Lexi (manager) and Casey (receptionist) were incredibly helpful and genuinely eager to assist, regardless of the occasion. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a hassle-free experience. Definitely returning on my future trips!

Normally, most hotels have a combination tub/shower. However, today, unless they are at a spa type resort, most guests primarily prefer a quick shower. Especially, if you are an older traveler, while not considering yourself handicapped, you are more comfortable getting into a shower than climbing into a combo tub/shower. The large step in shower in my room was very nice and appreciated.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The entire hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was always hot, the entire staff were pleasant and polite. Chris at the front desk went above and beyond to help me book an extra night & made sure I got the best rate available. He was kind & professional. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again

We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel and room were clean and welcoming, and the staff was great. The one issue we had was that the room heater would alternate all night between blowing hot and cold air. We tried all the thermostat settings, but nothing fixed it. Since it was in the 30s outside, this made the room uncomfortably cold and resulted in unnecessary noise all night. It's probably also costing the hotel a good amount in energy costs if every room is configured the same way. It was a minor annoyance, but I hope they can fix it!

The stay here was excellent. I was checked in very quickly and received a bottle of water as soon as they brought up my reservation on the computer. I went to my room and there was a complimentary basket with a few snacks in it along with another bottle of water. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. When in Chelmsford, this is my recommendation!

Overall a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast choices.
The bed mattress was a bit soft for me but I prefer a hard mattress so others may find it fine.
We had a room on the west side of the building facing the Interstate so there was some traffic noise. The east side rooms may be quieter.
