I received an upgrade when I arrived at the hotel. The last two rooms I got definitely needed a full gut job, but the new room I received was by far the most elegant room I've seen in years. I have never seen a transformation like that and It was so nice of the front desk to provide us with an upgrade. I would highly recommend the renovated rooms because they are absolutely stunning.

I have now stayed their twice within two weeks. The first room I received had a horrible stain on the carpet so they put the chair over the stain. Then the curtains were stained extremely bad like a previous guest spilled something all over it. The wall paper had rips in the wall and just looked like it needed a deep cleaning. The second time I stayed there the room smelled like someone had just smoked a bunch of cigarettes. I tried to use the hot tub but I guess the door was broken so someone had to let us in. The hot tub was nice, but definitely needed to be cleaned. There was a bunch of sand on the bottom and the sides were black because they needed a deep cleaning. I used to love this hotel but really needs a better housekeeping department or finish their renovation.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Bring your own toiletries! I forgot shaving cream and was handed four packs of shaving cream which were all dried out; used conditioner. The front desk staff was friendly but greetings when arriving/departing were few. Breakfast was available but I found it boring and went out to eat after day 1. The temperature control in the room was very irregular.

The building was under renovation when I stayed there this winter so it was not very new but the best service from the staff made it a good experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming and tried their best to help, the cleaning lady was very efficient, the floor staff fixed a little issue in my room within 5 minutes after we called and checked with us the next day if everything went well. The overall experience was very good due to the good staff in that hotel.

Over all staff was great breakfast is at a good early time at 6:30am i will say maybe bring your own seasonings if you want. as I understand people can have allergy’s and stuff but most stuff isn’t seasoned. I liked your provided a lot of shower supplies towels are nice soft and big. Bed is super comfy you have control of room temp. You do have fridge but sadly no freezer I prefer a freezer as I usually can stay for months at a time. One thing I do hate you have no microwave in your room you have to go down to main lobby to use one that the whole hotel also uses which luckily they do keep pretty clean.

I stayed over for a work party down the road, the check in was fast and simple. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Being New England and it snowed out the driveway and parking lot was a little icy.

excellent hotel. we were somewhat stranded by weather and our expectations were low. but the hotel was a real surprise in that it was clean, quiet, comfortable. and very friendly. the location is also very convenient. the staff really made you feel welcome

Positive: Cleaniness. Staff and workers were very polite and ready to help at anytime. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel. My granddaughters and I Lennie?s our stay very much! Negative: For the breakfast to be diffrent so your not eating the same thing everyday of your stay.
