I recently called this company to inquire about their services, but my experience was disappointing. The representative who answered the phone was aggressive and spoke over me. He mentioned that their service was "black tie" and that they were fully booked, but when I asked for the website to explore options, he continued to interrupt me and raised his voice.

It's important to remember that good customer service involves respectful communication. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt dismissed and frustrated. I had expected a luxurious experience based on their online promotion, but the interaction was far from it. To make matters worse, he hung up on me.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects poorly on the company. There’s a need for better manners and professionalism in customer interactions.

If I could give zero stars, I would do so proudly.

I found this company when I was in desperate need. They were 30 mins from me, but that didn't matter. He sent me a driver right away. The driver was nice and mind you I needed to be dropped off 2 hours away at the airport. The vehicle was clean and had charger outlet to charge my phone. They completed the mission in getting me there safely! I'm definitely telling everyone I know about this company! Thank you again!

My husband has been traveling for 3 days with layovers and mix-ups at Greyhound; we just wanted to get him to his destination from Springfield, IL, to Jacksonville, IL. I saw on the website that this has many different taxi services including local/long distance taxi. I had my husband call and tell me that he was told by an aggressive man that this was a black tie, limousine service. I called back myself to make sure I gave my husband the right number because the website tells differently. Even if it WAS a black tie, limo service, the way this man was speaking to me was horrendous. When I mentioned what I saw on the site he responded with, "Ma'am. Listen to me carefully. LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF. THIS IS A BLACK TIE, LIMO SERVI---" this is where I cut him off and told him that I didn't want to listen to him if he was going to talk to me this way. I was not disrespectful. I spoke calmly because I'm fresh out of the hospital and I am barely able to even talk. Just talk to your customers nicely, man. Fix your website to clarify so you won't have to REPEAT yourself.

When another taxi/ride option failed, I needed a ride and called Hobby 24hr Transportation. They were super courteous, professional, quick to arrive, and provided curb to counter service to the airport. I will definitely use this service the next time I am in Springfield but also when in Chicago or St. Louis. Excellent service and personnel. 5 stars is not enough!!

A service like no other! Perfection is what describes this company. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He introduced himself in a very polite manner, very easy to talk to and very friendly. The car was very clean and fresh, not to mention how smooth the ride was. A very professional company and I will be using this service again.

This cab service I highly recommend especially in smaller communities where Uber, Lyft, and cab services are scarce. They are very punctual and give arrival updates so you’re not in the dark. Also they are very courteous, service with a smile every time. Vehicle upkeep is on point. Pleasant smells and no trash every time.

If I could give a negative star I would- I haven’t used their service but had a reservation, had to cancel due to a member of our party got sick and we couldn’t go on our trip. They said I would get a refund of the$180- I have spent almost a year contacting them and getting one excuse after another of why they haven’t sent the refund. So if they said they are going to refund you just don’t believe them. I don’t know how many people I have now talked to in this company but it is way to many. It’s just poor business practices to treat customers like that.
