These guys are amazing. I took my wine cooler in to get checked out because it wasn't cooling. The found out it needed to be charged up and the even fixed the hinges on the doors for me. Amazing work and very professional. Thank you guys.

Our ice machine was not producing ice and it kept shutting off. I called in the morning a technician was there in the afternoon. The technician name was Chan. Unbelievable service and knowledge that he had. He had us up in running in about 2 hours. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them!

One star is over what is deserved, from rude service tech who(don't talk to women),to 8 hrs labor at $125.00 per hr to install a stove thermocouple, to RUDE accounting staff that doesn't have time to talk about bill.would not recommend this type of service in any industry.

I witnessed one of their trucks driving way too fast through a parking lot, and it then parked in a handicap spot. No reply at all when I sent them an e-mail.
