We contacted Susan to help us plan our Honeymoon and we don't think we could have had a better experience! With the uncertainty of Covid regulations we actually had to change our destination a few months before our trip - Susan made this process as painless for us as possible and made excellent suggestions on where we could go instead.
We just got home from our trip and we loved every second from start to finish. She took every idea we had and made it happen with all our planned tours, our itinerary was packed (just the way we like it) with a variety of experiences. Things like transfers to and from the airport were prearranged which made the experience stress free. She always had quick responses to my emails and was able to get me answers to all my questions, she was a pleasure to work with!

Susan works ABSOLUTE magic with commercial carriers. We had a trip planned, 4 months in advance, and the air carrier changed THEIR schedule which resulted in what was a long-relaxing redeye flight (home)becoming two legs with an added airport right in the middle with a several hour layover. Change of tickers (by me) was not free or refundable. Susan used some type of a "travel agent stick" to get the carrier to restore us to our original flight plans WITHOUT a charge to us. Don't even THINK about using another agency!
