Beautiful temple. This is under renovation now and the directions were confusing as they have 2 different wings for Ram
Mandir and Shiv mandir along with other Gods. But worth visiting 🙂
Happy to see Swamijis statue there. Also, there is an art, meditation, and Yoga center.
Loved the temple food too 🙂 fresh and reasonable price.

Beautiful temple on sprawling grounds, well maintained and easy to walk around with clear directions. Very clean, well taken care of, and well organized. Ample parking lot too. Cafeteria is excellent but only open Sat and Sun. Food was simple but delicious. Temple has a nice little gift shop on your way out as well. I greatly enjoyed my visit and left feeling uplifted and positive.

Never miss this opportunity to visit Hindu temple at Chicago. You will get a feeling that you are at India. I really love the construction of this temple and the ambience surrounding it. Don’t miss to visit canteen to taste the best Indian food in Chicago.

I was blessed to visit this gorgeous temple today. The architecture, the idols and the food were all great. The ambience is so serene. In summers, you can certainly enjoy the outdoor seating. I certainly recommend this place if you are in the neighborhood and are seeking for some calmness.

The architecture of this place is magnificent. A friend and I visited during one of their special ceremonies, there were lots of people gather outside, eating, praying, chatting and enjoying food. They were very friendly to my us and even shared some of their food. Very delicious!

The temples inside are also very interesting to look at. I was truly fascinated by the architecture of it. Great place to visit!

Important: if you are a tourist or visitor know that you have to wear pants or something that covers your legs. This applies to both men and women. However in case you forget, they have a few pieces of cloth that you can use to cover up. Also don’t forget to take your shoes off once inside.
