Great hotel, only issue was the sickeningly sweet maple syrup smell in the lobby. Made me nauseous every time I passed through but thankfully that was the only place it smelled like that. Don’t know if there was a spill or if it’s on purpose but it should definitely be aired out or toned down, as I heard lots of guests comment on it too. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Parking garage free if you’re staying in the hotel and there’s lots of stuff in walking distance including Starbucks and a bunch of healthy restaurants.

I found there beds are very comfortable. Great spacious place to eat and watch TV next to a fireplace. Plenty of guest seating. Waiters at breakfast are polite and diligent.
I only wish they had coffee all the time but I can make it in my room with their supplied coffee maker. Parking, DCU center, Court, and a convenience store less than 100 yards away.

The hotel itself is nice and the employees are great. It’s within walking distance to the DCU center and lots of food, and coffee options are available close by. There is often noises at night that will wake you up, especially on weekends.

It's a nice hotel, but my room was a little worn & dated. The shower was a huge disappointment. It was a nice temperature, but it was little more than a garden spout for the head.

Great location and walking distance to downtown arcade, bars and restaurants. |room was acceptable but could use some deep cleaning and the toilet should be replaced as it looks like it was snaked with a metal snake and left horrible silver scratches in the bowl. |Front desk receptionist was very nice and explained the free app at UNO but never mentioned breakfast but when we came down in the morning the dining area was full. We went elsewhere as we were not aware they offered anything.

Everything was clean ... good service. Food at the downstairs breakfast was good -- but in January it was pretty cold from people coming in and going out of the main entrance. Kind of a bad design choice to locate the restaurant here. In future, sit as far as possible away from that door. ||Also, they charged us afterwards for the two bottles of water in our room -- just $4, but this was annoying, since we did not use them. We had read in advance that they charge for these -- but it didn't show up on the main invoice ... just arrived later. They did refund the $4 when I phoned them. ||It was $400+ for 2 nites ... seems like it could have included a couple of complimentary bottles of water, given the water in Worcester. But that's a choice for the hotel to make. Just be aware that they'll want you to pay for these, whether you use them or not.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Worcester while attending the Monster Jam show, and the location was perfect—just a short distance from the DCU Center. Having Uno’s restaurant conveniently located in the hotel was a plus, and the pool was a great way for the kids to burn off some energy.

However, the rooms were a bit noisy, especially since there was a concert nearby. Unfortunately, some guests decided to have a room party next to ours, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, it’s something to be aware of depending on what events are happening in the area during your stay.

Overall, I’d say this is a solid three-star hotel, as rated. It offers good amenities and a great location, but noise levels can vary based on surrounding events. If you’re looking for a convenient stay in Worcester, just check the event schedule ahead of time to avoid any surprises.

Very nice hotel. Modern lobby and rooms. Room was clean and all amenities I used were in great working order. Shower had great water pressure. Super convenient location in downtown. 3 minute walk to The Palladium.||My only inconvenience was the parking being across the street in a parking garage. Not a big deal, but it can be tough to find a spot in the “drop-off” area directly in front of the hotel. So you may have to carry your belongings a way.||Would definitely stay again.
