This was our second stay at Hill Country Casitas and we enjoyed it immensely. My wife and I stayed in The Pauline, a 1 bdrm with an outdoor fireplace. We spent several evenings on the porch and in front of the fire, enjoying the great weather. The Pauline was the perfect size and has all the amenities we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. We came with no agenda other than relaxing and reconnecting and HCC helped us accomplish both.

Spent a relaxing Christmas at the Casitas with my husband and two pups. The one bedroom cabin was spacious with a fairly large bathroom. The casita was clean and nicely decorated. We were lucky to have the grounds mostly to ourselves and had a nice time exploring. They provided an extensive guide with lots of information on the area and a map of the property. The hot tub was a big factor when I booked and it did not disappoint. It was hot and bubbling away as needed. It was easy to get a fire going with all the materials provided and the grill also worked perfectly.

Absolutely loved the peace and tranquility of Hill Country Casitas. Easy check in, nice accommodations, and three very restful nights. The outdoor space is divine in the fall with cooler evenings. You can start your own personal fire in the stone fireplace and enjoy nature and relaxation. Definitely a retreat from Austin, but certainly easy enough to go to the city for any reason. Will be back!

We booked with Hill Country Casitas because they were dog friendly. We traveled down for Thanksgiving with family in Dripping Springs. The Casita & Pavillion were stocked perfect for us to cook and bring our sides to family. The dogs enjoyed morning hikes on the property. Before we even left we talked about making another trip down & staying again.

Second time here in one month. The first time, I came alone to decompress. It is a safe place, the casita #1 had a soaking tub which I used twice with salts, spent hours with my fire right on the porch. The stars were amazing and I had everything I needed to be in nature and only an hour away from Austin.

Loved it so much that now I came with my husband for a night to connect and relax.

We had a wonderful time! The Casita was really clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the area and walking around the property. The pool and hot tub were great too! It was a nice getaway. Loved the porch and the views. We would definitely visit again. It’s a bit away from town but, that was a positive for us.

Literally the softest beds I've ever slept on. Had back problems leading up to staying at the casitas and after one night on "Casita Time" all my ailments are gone and I feel and look 10 years younger. A fountain of youth nestled in the Hill Country. I urge you to stay at least one night.

We loved the quiet. It's exactly what we needed. We took both of our dogs...one older, with vacation experience and our 2 year old rescue. They both enjoyed the space, the grounds, and the quiet. If we could have stayed longer, we would have. The Casita was beautiful and nicely stocked.
