Just came back from my first resort experience and I couldn’t be more happy! I booked with Laura, she is the sweetest person and is always ready to help, she knows a lot about resorts and always suggests what we should do or not. Everything was wonderful, the resort, the transfers( also booked by her) everything worked out perfectly, even more than I was expecting at first. Booked a group vacation to Aruba, it was never scheduled as a group. After realizing it she said she doesn’t like to book groups because people back out.
The whole booking was under her personal JetBlue account. We weren’t seated together on the plane, we had to call JetBlue to move seats. At hotel the group wasn’t together or on same floor at all. Very disappointing, when speaking with hotel if we went through then we could’ve said at least 20%.
Do your research before you book with her!!!
