Extra Extra Great Time With Kirk and Holly!!! Awesome People to ride horses with! Spent my 27th Birthday with them and we Grilled, road horses, joked around, and learned more about the farm. Definitely recommend and will be coming back with the kids.

Second time I’ve been here and Kirk and his team show so much love to their animals! We got to ride around and pet all the dogs and cats in the barn. They took care to make sure our riding experience was matched with the best horse. We had a great time and will be back!

Called up this morning without advance notice and asked if I could take my son riding today. Kirk was very accommodating and said it was no problem. When we got there, the staff was very friendly and made our visit fun and memorable for us. Izzy and Elizabeth took the time to teach my son how to groom, hold and use the reins, and we’re very patient with him. The horses were great and they took him around the farm to show him the different animals and allowed him to feed them as well. Thank you to Kirk and the rest of the team for a great time and we will be back for more!

I had a surprising😯experience with the horse🐴I rode(Amos) but also a great👍 time riding without anyone holding the reigns for me. The lady(she is in the blue jacket in the pic)trainer🏇was very professional and nice and she had a great tolerance💯for me and my sister, and we have only rode a horse one other time. Kirk,👨‍🌾the owner, is also nice but he was less patient when it came to teaching us as new riders. Kirk👨‍🌾is a little gruff when it comes to training but all in all he is a🙂nice man. All of the animals🐈🐶🐖🐔🦃🐓on the farm are very friendly and the horses🐴look like they are well🍎taken🪣🥬care of. I would recommend beginners to ride a slower paced horse like the one my sister💁‍♀️rode,(Trinity)or you can ask for a calm horse. The horse I rode, named🐴Amos, was very good at following commands in the beginning of the session but at the same time I could feel his urge to🐎gallop...and he did end up galloping🐎and when I tried to tell him to🤚stop! That's when he wouldn't listen. Glad I didn't get🥴hurt, so please choose👉your🐴horse wisely. Happy😄riding & stay🙃safe.🇺🇲

Fantastic experience! The horse farm is nested in the woods (Google maps takes you to the right location, but Waze does not). The farm has horses, ponies, pigs, rabbits, dogs, chickens and turkeys. All animals are friendly. It’s a fun place for kids and adults & you can do horse riding at a very reasonable price too. Big thanks to Kirk who is clearly passionate about rescuing animals and making sure his guests have a good time. We’ll be back for sure!

My family and I had a great great time!!! Our experience was fantastic. Kirk is very kind. Dogs and cats are friendly. We rode horses with pleasure. Feeding farms animals was exciting. 100 % recommended.

The experience was really fun and the people were super nice and hospitable, they gave me fresh eggs, water, and a popsicle with no extra charge! The only downside was one of their saddles gave me a bruise bc the ends were bent upwards and the horses were not used to exercising or experienced riders for a long period of time, but it was all worth it!! Their dogs were super friendly and lovable and their bunnies were soo cute❤️

We were just there recently with my scout troop. We had 22 riders and they all enjoyed their time there. The riders were able to help with the horses, ride as long as the horses allowed, and play with the other animals on the farm. This place was recommended to us from a frequent rider who spoke very highly of the Mr. Highland and his team. I was once in the field of training horses and I can say first hand these horses must be well taken care of. Horses are NOT this well behaved if they are abused or neglected. Three of my scouts were afraid of horses but they left with wanting to come back and take lessons. This was a great opportunity for my scouts to earn their Horsemanship Merit badge.
