I made a reservation with Hertz Car Rental a week ago. As a Gold Member, I expected to get the car quickly, especially since I’ve been using this company regularly through my business. However, the car was not ready, and I’ve now been waiting for over 30 minutes. The first thing they did was ask me to upgrade the car, and I told them it should be a free upgrade given the delay. They declined to offer it for free. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

This location is literally a night and day experience!!! Night shift... rude, disrespectful, no customer service what so ever... vehicle was not ready on time. Over a 30 minute wait for a vehicle... several others lined up with the same issues!!!
Drop off early afternoon... sweet and polite staff... understaffed yet still had a smile and was great...

This location needs help from upper management...

This was a terrible experience. The customer service representative at the counter was NOT transparent with the fees, leading me to believe I was going to be charged an extra $60 dollars for some roadside coverage. She did not tell me that I was going to be charged an extra $60/day. I ended up with an additional $800 in fees. All of this was hidden in the fine print that you are supposed to read there at the counter. The car I received smelled strongly smoke, and the left rear tire had a slow leak that I had to air up every few days. When I returned the vehicle, the agent dismissed it as being due to cold weather. I would avoid Hertz at this location.

Like many others waited in line over an hour only to be told the car I reserved was not available. After escalating to manager he got me in another car but added a $40 gas refill fee. He said he could not remove it but that when I check it in they can remove the fee. He even said he left a note instructing them to do so. When I check the car in they say there is no note and they cannot waive the fee even though I brought the car back with a full tank. The supervisor said she would send a note to the manager Abraham and he could remove the fee. Of course this never happened. I will never rent from Hertz again. Here or anywhere.

We didn’t even pick our car up here, we were in Scotland and couldn’t reach the roadside assistance line (due to our international phone having issues). We rang this location and the amazing manager (I think his name Tim) went above and beyond to call on our behalf and set it up. Thank you so much for helping two people stranded in the middle of nowhere on an island in Scotland!

Waited in line well over an hour. I completed online check in but this did not speed up the process. They were also out of all sedans and only had SUVs. I have never experienced this with any other agency.

I had a very frustrating experience with this Hertz location. First, they charged me an outrageous $41.22 for just 4 gallons of fuel, even though I returned the vehicle with a full tank. On top of that, they charged me $25 for a "damaged" windshield, but there was absolutely no damage to the vehicle. This feels like a complete scam.

Overall, I feel like I was unfairly charged for things that weren’t my responsibility. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience. Very poor customer service and shady practices.

Hertz is running a scam and they are getting away with it. They give you a receipt showing the car is checked in and then an hour later they will send you and "adjusted" receipt and tack on unwarranted fuel charges. They wait so you have gone through security and cant complain or ask them to take it off. When you try to call you cant reach a human. This is highly illegal. I know my reply will be answered by a Hertz bot apologizing for my horrible experience but in no way will try to fix things. Thankfully I have all the details I need and will fix things on my own.
