I can't lie, they were as close to perfect as I've had with a rental car. My vehicle was waiting, the staff were nice, everything went quickly. First time I've ever got a brand new car, this one has only 6 miles at pickup. I would prefer that checkout happen in my presence but it was done soon after I dropped off the car and I got an emailed receipt. I still did a video of the exterior and a still of the dash with mileage and gas level.
