This guy. He went above and beyond for me. I've been sick, outta work and my finances birthday the same week. I had gotten her a gift but could never get a minute alone to call her in some flowers. I stopped in at 130 to request and pay for em. He said he'd deliver. He got there by 4 and a respectable kid to hand deliver. She had the biggest smile. The arrangement in pic is 2 days later. They are fresh and could smell them in the house. Thanks for the memory, Mr. Herrington!

This is my hometown florist shop. I no longer live here and was wanting to send sympathy flowers to a friend who works in Brewton. I mistakenly gave them the wrong address and they called me, promptly at that, to let me know. I offered to pay extra for another delivery to be made and the following day it was delivered to the new address - with no extra fee asked for! This was an exceptional show of customer service that exceeded all expectations, and I will gladly do business with Herrington's again. Shoutout to Ms. Kim for showing the utmost patience. Thank you, Herrington's, for making my (and my friend's) day!

They are great people who have the most respected, and beautiful flowers in town. They did a fantastic ? job on my brother's and friend's funerals. Very polite, they gift wrap nice little things in their shop for you. Thank you so much guys!! The flowers really helped make it beautiful.

What's just say I spent a couple$100 with these people ask for a delivery paid for delivery they call the person to make sure they're there they call me back the person's not there she said tomorrow the next day they tell me she refused delivery why would you call and ask and spill the beans that someone just trying to make a nice gesture for you yes me and said lady we're in a disagreement and I was only trying to make her smile cuz I genuinely care for her a complete ruined experience and no refund

I don't buy flowers that often... well, let's just say almost never. However, when I walked into Herrington's, Mr. Herrington was so helpful. I told him that my brother and I wanted to get flowers for my Mother's birthday. Since I didn't know the names of any flowers, I just simply told him the size and the colors, and what he made for us was awesome! My mother loved them. A week later, they still look just as beautiful!!! I will definitely be back!!!

So disappointed with my recent purchase of sympathy flowers for my aunts service. First of all it wasn’t the arrangement that we ordered and it was pitiful looking. They just stuck an old green bow on a green flower. It was embarrassing

I ordered a dozen of red roses for Mother's Day for my mother in law. They delivered some cheap assorted arrangement on Saturday before closing so I contacted them on Monday morning about the mistake, they told me they would call me back! 6 hours later, I decided to call back again, they told me that they would deliver her the roses on Tuesday but they needed the old flowers BACK! Really! Talk about customer service!
