We hired Heather as our wedding coordinator for our September wedding at The Farm at Dover, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Heather was incredible from start to finish—she seamlessly managed all communication with our vendors, took care of every detail in setup and tear-down, and brought such warmth and professionalism to the entire process. We cannot recommend Heather Farr Events enough. We worked with Shannon (Abby assisted) as our month-of coordinator and she was invaluable to the success of our wedding day. We genuinely felt our rehearsal and wedding weekend had no hiccups and recognize it was due to the attention to detail and preparation that Shannon directed. They were both professional, kind, relaxed and allowed us to just enjoy our wedding day rather than stress over details. Hiring Shannon was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process.

I could not recommend Heather and her team more for your special day. We hired Heather as a wedding day coordinator and I’m so happy we did. The day of our wedding was so stress free because we did not have to worry about a thing, Heather and her team took care of it all. It was so great having someone be able to coordinate everything with our vendors the month of so we didn’t have to worry about it. And to top it off, my husband and I love Heather and think she is just a great person!!

Heather and her team (Heather and Shannon were our coordinators day of) are absolutely lovely to work with. Not only is Heather organized, caring, friendly, she will be your biggest hype woman! She made sure every single detail of our wedding day went perfectly. It wasn’t easy for my “type A bride” self to let others handle my day, but having Heather as my month/day of coordinator left me with absolutely no worry on wedding day! Our wedding band worked with Heather directly for a wedding at a local Milwaukee venue. We will say that the venue owner was incredibly rude to their employees, staff and vendors, but Heather stepped in as coordinator pull it all together without the bride and groom knowing an ounce of the struggles that were occurring. She was respectful yet firm, pointed to details that were relevant to resolving the situation and kept the situation from escalating. Anyone can be good at doing their jobs when everything is going right, but when things get complicated you need someone with experience, calmness and control to handle the situation, that was Heather. We are excited for future events with her and her team for these very reasons.
