Went in feeling very sick. They pulled me into inpatient, contacted one of my other doctors without my permission, and took a bunch of blood tests telling me my levels were too high and to come back for bloodwork after i had been off for a while. While doing so they missed my veins 8 consecutive times and blamed me. Nurses are massively uneducated and need retraining. Just came in to get the bloodwork and they didn't know what i was on about. Never returning and they can eat that bill.

Went in with an injury to the emergency room. They said they don’t do X-rays, there was no doctor only a NurseP who was highly uneducated and LAZY. All he did was try and give me some muscle relaxers and pain medicine(I needed neither) and said I think it’s this. The paper work I was given didn’t even list the actual reason I was there. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I promise it’s worth driving a little further to a real doctor!

I went to the emergency room after being in a butane explosion. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns on my face and hands as well as a laceration on my hand that required 8 stitches. The medical staff was super competent and truly angels and an asset to their profession. Only thing they need is a LIGHTED sign showing the way to the ER drive. Thanks so much for your wonderful care

I went to this emergency room to get 10 stitches in my leg. The bedside manner was hilariously bad. The receptionist struggled to write my information down and just couldn't get my social security number down correctly no matter how many times I repeated it so she started laughing at me. When I said, "excuse me, I have a hole in my leg." She said "well you aren't gonna bleed out are you?." The nurse dropped the bottle of saline, touched her hair/lanyard with the same gloves she then used to touch my wound, and wiped her nose on her sleeve repeatedly. She continuously harassed me for riding an ATV (that is how I was injured) and strangely for drinking alcohol previously in my life, despite the incident not being alcohol related and occurring while I was 100% sober. Despite the wound being deep and near bone, and the potential for head injuries, there were no X-RAYS and they didn't check me for a concussion. All of this heavily worried my GP when I told her about the incident. The doctor I saw was fairly competent and is their only saving grace. He is also why I am giving 2 stars, rather than 1.

Avoid at all costs. Atrocious experience that resulted in a loss of time and money and caused my son extreme, unnecessary physical harm.

We received an incorrect diagnosis and were sent home with my toddler still screaming and crying in pain. The doctor said nothing was wrong anymore! He told us to give our son ibuprofen, then flippantly told us to "just Google" the symptoms, "because Dr. Google is the thing now." Luckily we did, because our findings convinced us to go to an actual emergency hospital equipped to deal with the extremely common and simple issue. He was immediately better at the OTHER hospital when he received the qualified, proper attention he needed.

I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. It was not only unhelpful, but it actively harmed the patient.

I arrived with upper epigasgric pain radiating through to my back. With the door open so
Others could here him as he talked loudly to me he perceeded to in his words say I was drug seeking. Well it upset me I left and drove to Shannon in San Angelo and was immediately taken back there and found to be having an acute MI. I am a former flight paramedic and knew something was not right. I was cathed and held in the icu step down unit for two days and discharged. I would not take anyone to this facility. Very poor bedside manner and unprofesionalism.

I went in with some excruciating back pain. I was given a shot, a pain pill, and some x-rays.

The x-ray tech couldn't get good x-rays because I literally couldn't position myself the way he wanted me to, so he proceeded to act like a 13 year old huffing and puffing sarcastically, and making passive aggressive statements.

The doctor's diagnosis was a dislocated rib (?) and some Google printouts.

When I got to my local doctor, he had a field day with their diagnosis and printouts.

Also, I was left with a $1300.00 bill.

I went to the EMERGENCY room because I was cramping really bad. I ended up having a miscarriage and the doctor and nurse did nothing to try and help me out. They sent me home and hours later my husband ended up rush me to the Emergency room in San Angelo. Might have as well went there first. I don’t recommend Brady Texas Hospital at all.
