Throughout a wedding weekend, Tracey & her team are so focused on the couple, their family, and their friends, and making sure their day runs smoothly in the way they've envisioned. I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner, but I am so happy I chose Tracey and her team Heart Melting Events! From my first conversations with Tracey it was clear that she wanted to capture exactly how we envisioned our wedding day. She helped make that vision come to life and with minimal stress. When we met with her one month before the wedding day she was very detail oriented, and we were able to hand off all remaining details leading up to the wedding. She has great communication, very timely responses, and dealt with all of our vendors professionally. This helped us have a great experience because there was much less that we needed to worry about and could focus on each other and the time with our family and friends.

The wedding day went off without a hitch, and we owe that to Tracey and her team. With all of the staff that she brings, every detail is taken care of. All of my family commented how nice it was to have someone there with us checking in and making sure everything went smoothly. Our vendors even commented how great it was to work with her and how she helped make their experience stress-free as well. I couldn’t recommend Tracey and her team enough, beyond her talents as a wedding planner she’s a truly great person as well.

Tracey & her team were AMAZING! Our wedding planning process was fun & stress free all because of them! They were timely with communication, organized, and able to turn our dream wedding into a reality! She always made time to meet at the venue, jump on a call, or answer any little questions we had! We are so thankful for Tracey & her teams hard work and for allowing us to enjoy every step of the process without worry. I highly recommend heart melting events!

The emotions you feel the months and last few weeks before the wedding are overwhelming enough, I can’t imagine how those would have been possible without Tracey’s help! It was such a relief to know the final details were being completely taken care of by someone we trust! We are going to miss the planning process & working so closely with them.

I am so thankful I had Tracey the couple months leading up to my wedding! She was amazing to work with and so dependable. HME made our wedding day absolutely perfect!! It was stress free, ran so smoothly, and they were around to help with anything I needed. Even helping me get some dirt out of my shoes. If you don’t think you need a coordinator, trust me, they do and help with so much. Tracey is awesome!
